U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

The truly bonkers shit is the term "solidarity protest". Even if there are no cases of assault, police brutality, looting, arson or pussy-grabbing, it is just an excuse to leave the fucking house.

There are so many people who have gone mad staring at the same four walls for months that they just want to enjoy some sunshine without being hassled by busybodies trying to guilt them into wearing their muzzles or the literal police doing the same. The cure is officially worse than the disease.

In my country they're trying to turn it into a discussion about asylum seekers who can come from literally fucking anywhere and aren't all black. They aren't even all non-white, we get a decent number from Albania.

People like to feel like they're part of something and this is the talking point of the moment. It'll be forgotten in a few weeks, except by the people who lost their jobs, their businesses, or their homes.

They played an 8m46s black screen with nothing but the sound of someone breathing, to bring attention to Floyd's death. I'm beating it was the breathing of Dan Schneider, panting for the feet of the iCarly cast.
That’s kinda weird, but Nick has done stunts like it before.

Would have been funny if it was the go outside screen from the National day of play.

 dare I say, based and redpilled?

Why the fuck is this even more unbearable than the other times a riot started? I've never seen this much corporate virtue signalling over this shit in a long while. And I'm hearing how kids need to have this shit forced into their brains due to Nickelodeon. Real fucking shit.
the last time the US had riots it was pre-trump. corporations were still uneasy about supporting this shit back in 2015.

To be fair, this is coming directly after at least and a month and a half of “anyone who wants to reopen the economy cares more about money than lives” circlejerking, from people who were also ignoring the fact that people do need to have jobs in order to pay their bills. Same shit, different happening.
Can't reopen if you destroy the business.

All these people looking to see which companies are making pro riot anarchist statements. I got to wondering what opinion Mike Pondsmith might have. Here's the closest thing his company has said on the matter:

Everyone is so keen to invoke the KKK like they're still relevant. There's less than 3000 members now in a nation of over 300M. Same with nazis.

Woke retards so desperately need a white bogeyman to justify their terrible behavior. Reality and their worldview couldn't be further apart.

I love the inherent weakness of people saying lives matter more than property, we can rebuild cities, etc. The inner Nietzschean in me just wants to test that resolve and break into their homes for some looting. Surely if they hate the police so much and property isn't valuable they wouldn't mind, right?

I'm fucking sick of seeing Los Angeles get trashed. ☹
To be fair, the only difference between how it is now and how it is normally is are the flames.

PewDiePie is doing a charity stream, from the title it seems some of the money is going for those who had their business burnt down

Quick question, with covid killing a good chunk of the job market and people barely getting enough money to live on for the past three months, how are people still affording to give to charities. I'm just kind of concerned that people are giving away money they don't to help city scum from being punished for their riots.
