It's amazing. They truly have no idea how bad this makes them (the rioters) look. The soldier stands motionless (and emotionless), says nothing, makes no threats. His mere presence is still enough to trigger a chimpout. They literally rage at nothing, meanwhile this government representative is calm, quiet, even respectful, simply standing there doing his duty as ordered without incident.

The narrative is spiraling so far out of their control and this incredible restraint shown by the government must be absolutely infuriating them.

If I recall correctly MalcomX was assassinated by The Nation of Islam when he realized what he was doing was not really as helpful as he once believed and started to let white people help him.

That's what I think is hilarious. In this allegedly racist system that glorifies excessive use of brutal force, there certainly seem to be a lack of unwarranted police brutality.

i think if there is an ulterior motive to the looting by antifag then they done fucked up their planning. first and foremost they sent not a lot but only a handful to protests; if they're trying to sell the narrative that antifags are being invaded by white supremacists you'd send out more soy boys and rich girls larping as bolshiveks. not 1 or 2. to start shit and clearly they're not organized or planned.

I guess they've raised up BLM to heroic freedom fighters at the cost of throwing Antifa under the bus. They're fighting tooth and nail to remind us that "there's a lot of white nationalists posing as Antifa" but almost nobody believes it because the idea of white nationalists manipulating blacks to burn down their communities is too insane even for the NPC crowd plus it undermines their narrative of the riots being good and how you need to donate to their stupid freedom fund.

BLM is going to come out of this millions of dollars richer and portrayed as "common-sense reformers" while their Antifa comrades rot in prison or fight over who gets to snitch first.

algorithms are only one half of the cause, the other is moderation.
forums like this don't have content filtering algorithms like social media and search engines do, but they do have moderation, which can also result in an extreme echo chamber. see resetera for example - they don't have content filtering algorithms either, but they do have a moderation that will basically straight up ban you if you aren't an outspoken DSA supporter, so as a result they are a turbo echochamber, too.

KF is one of the few places where neither algorithms nor moderation really exist. well we do have mods, but they are extremely hands-off and basically only do cleanup work to remove seriously unfunny shitposts, not ideology based purity tests and gatekeeping like other forums do.
