Imo, Becky is to blame also for not being able to stay with her mother in her last moments. She got all the junk food Amber wanted which made her gain weight like crazy and make it impossible for her to wipe her own fucking ass anymore. So now Becky can't leave Amber for more than a few hours.

It's tissue and clots. Anyone who has had endometriosis , cysts or fibroid tumors has been through this . All the women in my family had trouble and hysterectomy. Me included a few years ago.
