A major part of the problem with the PRC is that all of the Chinese people with even the tiniest flake of empathy for their fellow man got wiped out and now all that are left are the cold-blooded survivors.

The amount of people genuinely watching out for corporations make statements and saying they'll boycott those who don't is insane. Companies that have suicide nets in their factories and use minerals mined by children, but they put out a limp wristed press release saying police brutality is bad and everything's rosy. How many of these people were taking the names of businesses that weren't doing enough to protect their employees when the pandemic was kicking off? We can see how quick that stopped mattering.

You can't even call it a moral compass when it always points to the latest hashtag.

All of these people that she listed didn't intend to hurt other people, they intended to protest. Gay people and women weren't fucking stealing from stores, burning people's livelihoods, and killing other people to get their rights. They were protesting and sometimes the police acted in shameful ways towards them while they were protesting. Hell, even blacks back during the Civil Rights movement. They fucking PROTESTED. She conveniently left that out because that's what is most commonly known to people, that blacks didn't need violence and shit like that back then. All they needed was marches and protests.

From what I'm osmosing from twitter and stuff looks like there's some calm protests in downtown Orlando, maybe some people in the roads near there. If anything particularly interesting shows up on my radar I'll pass it along but I won't bother otherwise.

Theres no denying that the officer made a poor decision trying to restrain him with abuse of force, but I find it humorous that the same people made at him kneeling at this person on the ground were at one point supportive of a infamous football player who kneeled on a football field to “combat injustice”.

And now the same ones are ignorantly asking for the police force to be disbanded, abolished and defunded. I think the optics are looking bad on both sides when you start to think critically here.

I have always found it fascinating that a group purporting tolerance, "intersectionality", non-binary unicorn oppression pyramids, kumbaya fuzzies are only able to deal in binary absolutism. They're ideology is such a clusterfuck of incompatible nonsense they're unable to create any sort of cohesion. It inevitably collapses in on itself.
