I personally believe in the theory of always being anonymous on the internet but some people like to share their whole fucking life on the internet to the public. And not to be a hypocrite but I have done that as well. After a while, I scrubbed Facebook clean of all photos I have ever posted that would be considered personal or school or whatever. Just post stuff that doesnt have me in it. Although there is the case of me being tagged in some people's pictures that is an issue for me.

Maybe its good for people to hide their true selves as we did in the old days and look at all these open narcissistic attention whores post everything about their lives. Bring back the silent majority meme I say to fuck over the technocratic analysts and metrics autists. Even before the 1960s, people still kept shit to themselves despite the 1st amendment there for them. Its just since the 1980s, that filter has all broken down.

Edit: As for Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, etc... There are many other sites like this that disagree with the narratives those websites provide and hopefully other websites supplant them. Myspace was once considered a unstoppable giant along with Digg and now ask any zoomer and they wouldn't know what they are. Reddit's design changed sealed it for me that its now "sold out" just like all these fucking 1990s rappers.
