Depends on how much clout the person calling you racist has. If it's some rando on Twitter you're probably safe, but there's always the chance that they have a discord with 100 antifags all ready to spam your employer and fill your google results with callouts at the drop of a hat, and that's the fearful thing. The consequences are such a crapshoot.

I can top that: I had a co-worker who said she experience racism when a bank teller, didn't put a pen in her hand, and when some white dude came up to that particular teller, she handed it to him. To which I told her "Yes, but I remember recently when I was at my job, a black woman came up to me (it was a kind of front desk type gig in a gym) and i was kind of distant, but after i served the woman, I was like "man I need a better attitude.." And guess who came up to me next: An old white bitch with a SMILE, so it was easy to serve her with a better attitude. It's like there's no such thing as semantics or depth to an argument. Sorry to be so active on this thread, but I'm watching my people get hated, and they deserve it...

They don't give a fuck what you're doing, there's a curfew. You were told about the curfew. The curfew is not a suggestion or a polite request. You chose to go out anyway. Hence, consequences.
