Internet points? Nah, that's too simple. The goal is to put the children in unnecessary danger so as to get an outsize response - or to be able to say that the popo OVERREACTED!!!!! in the hopes of emulating the large success of the old civil rights movement - people seeing images and film of innocent protesters getting hit with dogs and water cannons.

It might be entirely fabricated and clearly cynically designed on the part of the parents to lead to such a situation regardless of the damage it does to their children, but anything is justified in the cause of revolution, yes comrade?

The assholes being arrested here are from Knoxville 2+ hours away, North Carolina etc.
The local rooftop rednecks are looking for "front platers" and plates that have the Knox county sticker.

LA Pride had been going downhill for a while. 2016 they changed it from pride to some Resist Orange Man faggotry and alienated the conservative gays of neighboring Orange County.

It was liberal before but now they drawn the battle lines saying if you disagree with them you aren't welcome. Shame since I have heard from friends it started out being about love and acceptance. I guess tolerance is conditional.

This is a Soros tactic. Migrants were doing a version of this at the European border. They were holding their babies over fires so that smoke would get into their eyes and they'd start wailing. Then they'd rush across the border and claim that their lives were in danger.

Sucks where I'm at, because seeing WA or Canada plates here is common enough to be normal. It's really only when I start seeing NY or MN ones that I'll be a little weirded out.
