Jews are getting their shit pushed in. Crown Heights is a Jewish area and it's fucked. Boro Park/Williamsburg/Flatbush haven't been touched yet but the seat of one of the biggest Orthodox sects is getting threatened by protesters.

Reposting this again now the 1488 fun is done. If you use the ratings, go drop one for Alto for so eloquently putting into words something that hits pretty close to home for me. Especially after seeing some of the fucked up shit since the OP.
I came to this site off the back of a S&T comment knowing I'd see some fucked up shit. Having spent my younger years on 4chan I thought I'd become numb. Turns out if you spend time away from nasty shit, that numbness goes too and the puppy/horse/dead guys sent me reeling for a bit. Fortunately I'm in a good place mentally and have the support of a mental health team a phone call away.

About half the country lives in urban areas dude, urban doesn't mean downtown LA/NY/[insert other mega city]. There are tens of thousands of smaller cities in the US with big urban centers and most of them aren't being effected in any way whatsoever.
