About 53 people were arrested on Sunday in Downtown Crossing on Sunday, and most were bailed by Monday.

Boston is currently overrun with National Guard and Military deployment. Gov. Baker aint fucking around after Sunday. I think NYC should follow suit if they want the riots to somewhat stop. I admit, I love witnessing the chaos, and its a shame Boston is filled with spineless white college kids who wouldnt attempt to fight the Army even though NYC, DC and LA are having constant riots against militarized police, yet shout "FUCK 12" in Antifa garb.

There were reports of real bullets being loaded, though I doubt it. I'll update the thread about tomorrows protest. Watching Boston bend over backwards for the military while advocating anti-police sentiment disgusts me.

The toxicology report is just wow. I'm sure a diehard substance abuser would not* be able to have all that in their system and function,

Sad part is, we'll probably see more bickering about the toxicology report than the actual issues of concern. I'm not sure what other deescalation tactics were available to the police for this incident, but what they did still seems excessive even if Floyd's death was inevitable that night. Unfortunately, this key issue will likely get lost in the infighting and further violence. (:_(

My part of Kiwiland apparently had a protest last weekend and I had no idea until it was reported on the news. There's another planned this weekend and I can only hope it stays just as uneventful given the number of the agitators hellbent on finding protests to crash and cause further havoc.

On the way home tonight, a handful of people from an affluent city were standing on a street corner with hand-made BLM signs that most drivers probably couldn't read given the speed limit and their small writing. While I get people wanting accountability in the original incident, the fact so many people are willing to accept the idea they have to self-flagellate over "white guilt" is concerning and horrifying.

I forget who it was that mentioned how Detroit's Chief Craig was allowing peaceful protestors to continue protesting after curfew tonight. Given his efforts to improve community relationships and the fact he was quick to condemn the original act, I believe there was some sort of mutual (if not informal) "I'll let you stay a little longer and wrap up your protest so long as things stay peaceful" deal.

For those in volatile areas, stay safe. :feels:

I'll be honest, 2020 has been one curveball after another.

I knew the Coronavirus lockdowns would likely have some sort of unforeseen downwind effect outside of the obvious economic shutdowns and second wave infections.

To be honest, I didn't think riots and a corporate-backed leftist coup would be among them...

@Clones of Alex Jones quoted a post I made in Deep Thoughts way earlier in this thread where I talked about how "cultural decades" tend to shift in these weird three-event structures every so often.

The basic gist of it was how each decade's "cultural zeitgeist" shifted during the course of three big events within close proximity of each other.

I had a list of examples, and this is a new update

1980's to 1990's: Fall of the Berlin Wall (1989), Soviet Union Collapses (1991), Bill Clinton and the start of the World Wide Web in earnest (1993)

1990's to 2000's: Columbine Massacre (1999), 9/11 (2001), Iraq War begins (2003)

2000's to 2010's: Great Recession (2008-2010), Occupy Wall Street (2011), Ferguson Riots and GamerGate to a lesser extent (2014)

2010's to 2020's: Brett Kavanaugh Hearings (2017), COVID-19 (2020), and the George Floyd riots (2020)


TLDR-Say goodbye to "Current Year", because shit's changing fast.

Whether it's going to be good or bad is anyone's guess, but this is the moment of truth for the SJW Left of the 2010's. It's now or never for them.

Property owner voting is outdated to begin with, but in your hypothetical the bank technically owns the property until the mortgage is paid.
