I suspect their IQ might not be in the retarded range if they were forced to change their culture. A big problem is that they're actively encouraging each other to be retarded. African Americans who become educated and try to better themselves get called coons or oreos.
I mean, I agree there has to be a genetic component in their behavior. I don't think it has to be a death sentence for them, though. Literal retards can become useful members of society, I don't see why the same couldn't apply to blacks.

Twitter posters are trying to stir up hate against the cops in Indy. A clip of a rioter is being circulated saying that a woman is being groped by a cop, then when she resists the cops go all-out to take her down. I do not know the circumstances that got the cops' attention in the first place, but if you watch the clip it becomes obvious that she's being frisked around her bra and breaks free of the cop, which is resisting arrest. This is not a new incident btw, it happened days ago after the police just saw their city get trashed by the rioting vermin.

Sub-Saharan nations being such a shit show is the reason why legal immigrants to America from those countries try so hard to succeed.
In order to immigrate here from those places they need to be either rich or massive over-achievers, and either way they have seen what misery looks like. parenting and education don't change IQ. well unless you keep your kids malnourished and starving, that will stunt their IQ.
parenting and education do however change personality, character, learned behaviour patterns, and that's all you really need.
like i said earlier, you can take in a low IQ kid and teach him discipline and good behavior, and the kid will grow up to be successful and productive and have a good life. he won't become a neurosurgeon or quantum physicist, but that doesn't really matter.

I know a lot of people don't want to admit there's a trait called "intelligence" that varies between people and populations, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And no, IQ is not flawed as a way of measuring intelligence. It correlates more highly than any other measure to life success in study after study after study.
Intelligence doesn't determine the value of a man, but it does describe a strength or limitation. Pretending this isn't true because we can't see it visually (like height) or trying to find a way to avoid the frank discussion (with bullshit concepts like "emotional intelligence") isn't helping anyone. We have to be honest about reality before we can try to change things and help people.

You know they actually have these, or at least did a few years ago (haven't kept track of them). They were voluntary. They worked really really well and turned out high functioning top tier members of society. I'm actually fine with what Kayne is doing, the money is being set aside specifically for getting an education.
