while thats true, the enlisted voted for trump 75% while the officer corps only voted trump 25% of the time. the military just because of the near non-existent requirements to be promoted up to colonel means its been subverted pretty hard. 50% of officers end up half colonels and those people lead battalions. the officer corps is already subverted for the most part. trump might pick the generals, but colonels are basically all chosen based on strict guidelines that result in 25% of people that sign up ending up full birds by the time they retire.

There's this trend with Chinese Beauty Bloggers (and a couple of Korean ones) who have been trying to make the bald look a trend lately - tho they aren't shaving their heads, they've just been using skincaps to look bald.
Every one of my friends I've talked to this about have found this a fucking weird trend, that came out of nowhere.
It's also a very submissive, apologetic thing in Asian culture to do. It means you've fucked up big and want forgiveness OR historically, that you're someone (like a Princess/Queen) that's been taken out of power.

I disagree, especially for women, as an AR-15 is easy to aim and has lower recoil and a shotgun is just pray-and-spray. Trust me, if you've seen a woman handle a gun it's the recoil that gets them and freaks them out. It's harder to shoot pistols, and also, they're often more regulated in many places as they can be more easily concealed. AR-15s are the best all-rounders in my opinion.

For non-enthusiasts (hell, even normal "shooting hobbyists") it's easy to get rusty on a pistol. Missing a man size target at 25 yds is oddly frequent when I go out with people and do a course. It's tough to keep it nice and smooth while your adrenaline's going, short sight radius, etc. I always say glocks because you load up on one system of mags, one ammo, and it takes minimum training and maintenance. They're like crocs. Sure they aren't sexy or cool or super high speed, but for something you hopefully never use it's at least dependable. Plus the funky luger-style grip angle is oddly beloved by anyone who's never held a gun before. IIRC gaston did a survey of people and had them point at stuff, that's where it came from.

Functionally any type of AR-style carbine is the easiest to run well, but you can't sling that under your puffy coat if you're a 5'4 lady.
