I say all this because I can easily give recommendations, but they are my opinions based on my preferences, my experiences, my usage, etc... case in point, a lot of people like Glocks. Some say they are the best pistols, blah blah blah. I fucking hate Glocks, I haven't yet fired any striker pistol I've wanted to do more than a magazine of rounds out of. I never recommend glocks.

Have you tried the H&K VP9? It's basically a Glock 19 but all-around better (particularly the factory trigger). I'm generally not a fan of striker fired either, but the VP9 is pretty nice.

There's this trend with Chinese Beauty Bloggers (and a couple of Korean ones) who have been trying to make the bald look a trend lately - tho they aren't shaving their heads, they've just been using skincaps to look bald.
Every one of my friends I've talked to this about have found this a fucking weird trend, that came out of nowhere.
It's also a very submissive, apologetic thing in Asian culture to do. It means you've fucked up big and want forgiveness OR historically, that you're someone (like a Princess/Queen) that's been taken out of power.

It could just be a co-incidence but.... it's creepy as fuck.

On the rifle vs. pistol debate:
It took me lots of training as a teenager to become as "natural" with a pistol as I was with a rifle the first time I ever picked one up as a child.

Can confirm this. It's much easier to wield a rifle accurately, as you have 3 points of contact with your body vs 2. I know a few people in the gun scene and they always recommend some kind of rifle as a first firearm. Pistol caliber carbines are good in particular because they fire smaller rounds that are shared with pistols, so when you get your second firearm, it can be a pistol in the same caliber and save money on ammo.
