I think Trump could do well to make it a campaign promise to rebuild several affected neighborhoods as fast as possible, like the same Conservative campaigns to clean up Baltimore.

I know that some people think that these neighborhoods should live with their consequences, but I see an excellent campaign plank that's far more tangible than promises for more 'programs'- after all, Trump is a builder.

If he offers to rebuild those neighborhoods out of is own personal pocket, I'd LOVE to see how they counter that, especially if he makes good on hiring the construction companies and raises the capital for the businesses that need to rebuild on his own.

The only way I could see it is if they intentionally stall the permits and so on.

One other way could be to get a prominent black figure as the preeminent leader to block the accusations. I.e. Kanye, considering his donations to local businesses and the college fund.

Alternatively, Trump declares a 'black economic emergency' and uses FEMA and the Army Corp of Engineers to rebuild lol
