I appreciate that ImmaculateApe Crumb is being a little tougher with the questions.

Nick's going to have some outstanding material for the next Vic-themed show. I'm not even a lawyer and Ron's idiocy makes me want to smash my head against a wall.

EDIT: Ken's really good with the questions. It's clear that Ron's trying to stay calm, but Ken's questions are clearly rattling him.

EDIT: I notice a lot of Ron's talk has been "Nick and Beard Men Bad". I wonder if that's the strategy now, to move away from Vic's own (alleged) actions and looking at "bad" counsel.

EDIT 3: Apparently they're going to nail Slatosch with audio recordings or something.

So if he had audio recordings, why the hell didn’t he use them in the beginning? Now that’s something they could’ve used to stop the lawsuit. They knew they were getting sued for TI, so why have they decided to say they have it now?

I’m getting really sick of these games. Either show those fucking receipts or shut the fuck up and go broke.

What is even better is they said in their paperwork for fees that Slatosch committed perjury and yet never submitted these "audio recordings" as evidence that he was.

He's lying. He's stuttering too much. Ron knows that he will get called out on all this in the end. He is over promising.

Lemoine would have played it for Chupp to depose Slatosch. Or is this a 4d chess move to get a "gotcha" on Slatosch in depositions while not in front of a jury?

Why would you record that phone call anyway?

Unless Ron has recording of Slatosch saying, "I was lying when I submitted my affidavit to Vic's legal team and I am not being forced against my will to do this recording." then it's worthless. I'm no lawyer but I feel like having more evidence of you trying to strongarm someone into breaking a contract with another party is only bad for your case not better.
