Her voice isn't annoying per se, but if I wanted insane takes about the "protests" I could ask my sister. I'd rather hate-watch this flaming guy actually catch some fire.

If we all mix evenly the average won't drop. The only way this could drop the average is if genes which lead to high IQ are recessive, which would have prevented them from persisting in the first place (given all races of humanity have a common ancestor for the most part). However, the big issue, and the issue with this radical egalitarianism in general, is that the biggest benefits of intelligence in a population are found at the upper extremes. The danger is in shrinking or at worst eliminating the class of people who have the resources, will and ability to invent new things and adapt the status quo to emerging problems. Less like "Planet of the Apes" and more along the lines of Bureaucratic Stasis, as everyone is just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to never come up with new ideas or see the big picture.

Edit: You could crater the average by a continuous churn of "Breed in Africa, suppress birth rates in Europe, import the difference" but then it wouldn't be a beige underclass, you'd just have a "herd of nigger cattle" in the words of Terry Davis. Have studies been done on the IQ of mixed-race people, is it actually like that one /pol/ gif of a 78IQ chocolate monkey melting into white liquid of "100IQ" and producing a brown goop of 89IQ?

Has there been an actual peaceful protest of substance this entire saga? I know this is Seattle, but between this guy telling the cops he hopes their daughters take BBC and have black babies, that lady literally screeching, the lack of known leadership and oversight for these protests, and the lack of comprehensive planning, I'm really only anticipating being proven wrong out of some massive oversight as opposed to expecting that I am.

It's both the debate is how much it's based on race. When you look at all races children born in single family homes have a significantly lower IQ than those born in a two parent home, You also see that children that are breast fed have a higher IQ than formula fed babies. Now realizing that what race has the highest % of single parent homes and live off of food stamps and programs that give away free baby formula? It's also the reason the white I.Q is starting to dip since single parents are becoming the norm. There is also an argument to be made on which schools the students got since the current batch of hood rats that get to go to better schools can't be punished therefore they don't get the benefit of the school.

That being said I.Q. is linked to race to some extent. For example Jews, the people with the highest average I.Q., entire history can be boiled down to "Go to place, get genocided survivors move to new place repeat." after a few centuries of that only the smartest will end up breeding since only the smart would survive. Then you have Asians, the second highest average I.Q., where both Japan and China have a practice of killing yourself if you do not do well enough in society before you can breed.


My point is it is a bit of column A and a bit of column B


the best way I can explain it is I am black my I.Q. was 123 when I had it checked in college. I do understand that I am an outlier for the back population but I did come from a 2 family home, had a mother that insisted on breast feeding, had a family that insisted we learn as much as we can, was read bedtime stories, was given books and labs as presents and was taught to question everything. My family is an outlier in both I.Q. and personality for the average black person. My grandparents never had an I.Q. test but both grandfather were factory workers and both were surprised that their children would be smart enough to get into college.

Also, DC fizzled out but Seattle is heating up. I think DC mainly fizzled out because not enough people showed up, so it was mostly standing around and shouting from the looks of it.

The news on the radio has been referring to the DC riots as peaceful protests as well, which I guess they technically were tonight in the sense that they didn't do as much rioting and looting as usual.

Day protests are generally okay, especially in nicer areas, but once the sun sets all bets are off.
