Second, there have been plenty of very smart black people throughout history and plenty of knuckledragging useless whites. And that's as of today... but I'm talking hundreds of years in the future... that's how long it will take before we are a uniform biege. By that time it is only safe to assume that poverty as we know it today is largely eliminated. Just like how poverty as how the world knew it in 1700 has been largely eliminated today. In 1700 if your African village had a terrible drought and failed crop, you pretty much all died. Today tons of aid gets airlifted in from the world over.... Close your eyes and imagine that kind of consistent advancement for another 300 years... How much smarter is the average white man vs the average black man vs the average [insert race here] man in a world where all of them can get consistent nutrition and nurturing?

The foundation is there. The bar owner said in the news that they worked together. The bar did burn down. There was a BCA warrant to search for items in the equipment lockers of the 3rd Precinct. The mayor did order police to stand down and “give up” the precinct building, which I’ve never heard of happening anywhere else.

The part about a hit being ordered on Floyd is pretty dubious to say the least. Out of all the ways to kill a guy, why "put your knee on the back of his neck" to death?

That being said I.Q. is linked to race to some extent. For example Jews, the people with the highest average I.Q., entire history can be boiled down to "Go to place, get genocided survivors move to new place repeat." after a few centuries of that only the smartest will end up breeding since only the smart would survive. Then you have Asians, the second highest average I.Q., where both Japan and China have a practice of killing yourself if you do not do well enough in society before you can breed.

China also cheats like crazy on international metrics like that. Take the PISA test for example: they took the results from Shanghai and pretended that's representative of the country as a whole. That would be like taking the results from Silicon Valley and claiming it's representative of the US as a whole, while ignoring Baltimore, Detroit, etc.

Unsurprisingly, if we employed a similar strategy of excluding certain inner city areas from our PISA reporting, we'd also easily rank in the top 3 or so. Breaking the results down by race, our white population is on-par with socialist Scandinavian "utopias". It's almost like there's some sort of hidden variable at play there...

I understand moving if your life is under threat due to political beliefs. But to move due to your beliefs to spread it in another areas. They thing this shit is like a religon that we should expand.

It does make some sense in light of the Electoral College. If you start from the belief that America is a democracy and that federal presidential elections are the only ones that matter, you would consider is horribly unfair that your vote basically doesn't count unless you live in a swing state. Since the EC isn't getting abolished any time soon, might as well move to a swing state if you're so big on politics so the "logic" goes.

Of course once you understand that the US federal government is a union of states and not of the people in general you recognize this carpetbagging for what it is, but that probably sounds like Neo-Confederate talking points to Democrats, and add this to the fact that blue states tend to be more populous but fewer in number leading to Trump losing "muh popular vote" by 3 million but getting a huge margin in the EC and it's not hard to imagine why this kind of thinking is almost exclusive to the left.

The North did have questionable working conditions in the factories and indentured servitude, as well as a high dislike for German and Irish immigrants (to the point of causing riots). The North wasn’t free of problems, but slavery wasn’t one of them.

While slavery was abolished in the North, there were places that also turned around and made laws forbidding blacks to live there. You also had a lot of sundown laws (where blacks could come into the town for business, but had to be gone by sundown). Even if a black slave managed to get to the North, it wasn't always smooth sailing. Some states still allowed blacks to be sent back to their masters, so there were basically bounty hunters and some people would turn you in if they knew there was a reward for you. Even some blacks would turn on other blacks for the money. So, there was a real distrust of everyone and it took a while to feel safe because you didn't know who might sell you out for some cash.

But that wasn't the only problem. Blacks came in and would work for lower wages. This made the poor whites really resent the blacks because they were losing jobs to them. Even Frederick Douglas talked about that in his autobiography. And it wasn't as if prestigious occupations were suddenly open to blacks simply because they made it north of the mason-dixon line. That took much longer to achieve.

The South was definitely more overtly racist and slavery was a horrific thing. But if you read accounts from black authors of their experiences in the free states, it wasn't perfect. We like to rewrite history to make it seem like a good vs evil thing, but as always, it is much more complex and generally it is a lesser of two evils option.

This is never gonna happen. Societies across the planet are too different to allow true globalism. I think globalism is here to stay, but as a interconnected world, not a One World Government.

90% of people are not genderfluid nor polyamourous. Its a very small percentage of the population that is like that.
