they're already doing that in the more woke fields of business (jounalism, entertainment, tech, etc)
they can't outright ask for it on the record because it'd be grounds for lawsuits, but they do scour the online presence of applicants for any info they can find, and if it's not sufficiently woke then into the trash the application goes

There are multiple videos and pictures of brick pallets being left on streets along BLM protest marches. Some were large construction pallets, some were left in piles and some in plastic containers. No construction crew are going to leave bricks in the middle of the street, especially in nigger hoods. Bricks cost money. Anyway here's a video of a construction pallet being left in the middle of a road, which is of course totally normal, there's brick pallets all over the public highways when I drive to work.

Anti-racism protesters in Bristol have toppled the statue of a prominent 17th Century slave trader.

Scenes from the city - where numerous landmarks are named after Edward Colston - saw demonstrators attach ropes to the statue before easily pulling it down amid jubilant scenes.

The bronze memorial to Colston in College Green had previously been the subject of an 11,000-strong petition to have it removed.

Earlier, protestor John McAllister, 71, tore down black bin bags used to hide the statue to denounce it in front of fellow protesters.

"It says 'erected by the citizens of Bristol, as a memorial to one of the most virtuous and wise sons of this city'," Mr McAllister said.

"The man was a slave trader.

"He was generous to Bristol but it was off the back of slavery and it's absolutely despicable.

"It's an insult to the people of Bristol."

because white women are the primary target of white guilt propaganda
women are much more receptive to emotional manipulation than men, and much more willing than men to accept obvious bullshit as truth if social pressure demands it.
in general, women are always very eager to react to aggression and pressure by surrender and submission, while men are much more willing to get confrontational and defiant instead.

It would be pretty hard to protest against "political discrimination" when they're in the ruling majority, wouldn't it? And when they've been governing some municipalities for 30 years. Why would they protest when Poles and Russians can study for the whole 12 years at their better funded schools in their native language under a different curriculum and are not held to the same standards in the Lithuanian language exams.

So much unbearable political discrimination, UN please help. One "minority" municipality. Out of 25 councilors 16 are Russian or Polish: Akopov, Babujeva, Binkevich, Bykov, Chomenko, Drus, Galaguz, Gotovskij, Ikonikov, Klochan, Kolesnikova, Kotov, Kucalova, Mickevich, Shuklin, Tomsha.

Another municipality, out of 30 councilors 19 Russian or Polish: Rekst, Komarovski, Demeshko, Miliushkevich, Stankevich, Klimashevskaja, Shot, Lepilova, Boroshko, Binkevich, Pashkovska, Klim, Duchnevich, Zajankovski, Andzhejevski, Orshevski, Markova, Bojarovich, Zhdanovich.

Other than that many have indeed pointed out that nobody has ever protested about local crime.

I wonder when it will be cool to start segmenting the black community into groups. You'd have your 90% which just wants to live there lives and have equal opportunites without profiling and whatever else they think they arent getting, we can call them just "black people". Then youd have the 10% that are black extremists - which encompasses the ones that want to be the ruling class, but are woefully incompetent.
