Had to have Carfentanyl, fentanyl and other drug related training just in case we have to help Paramedics with OD. Double pair of gloves, with a minimum of a half-mask n95 and eye goggles, plus our full bunker gear with our fire redardant gloves over the disposable gloves. One grain of pure carfentanyl brushing against skin can cause an OD for non tolerant people (ones who dont use it for fun)

There was this one case where a new shipment of heroin came into town and it was cut with a bunch of fentanyl, there was like 9 OD's in 4 days. (which was a marked increase) One time the addict came out thrashing and hit a baggie of the shit and POOF into the air of the apartment. 6 cops, the entire fire rescue truck and a paramedic/emt crew spent the next 2 hours in the ER under observation.

Edit: in regards to the SPD I'm betting they wanted people who were willing to shoot first and then train them down to less than lethal instead of training upto lethal.

If you read the part about the inside / outside game - they want to control government and have terror squads on the streets. That introduces a lot of ways to circumvent the Constitution, i.e. they could have someone in the FBI turn over gun registries to Antifa and just start snuffing out gun owners.
