Cops planting an unlocked car and busting people who try to steal it is one thing.
But if they're actively enabling mass rioting, property damage and violence, just to "get em", they should be held responsible. Yes, people who throw the bricks through windows should be held accountable, but this is by no means a good tactic for law enforcement to use.

I wasn't referring to the paper test, but instead the board interview. I guess I should have clarified that better. Though use of force was on the written test. So my bad on not being clear.

If the bricks weren't there rioters would just break up paving slabs like normal, this way local governments limit damage to sidewalks that the city has to pay to repair.

Police enforcement is a problem but BLM doesn't want universal solutions, they want black oriented solutions and won't settle for solutions that don't center around race.
