Dr. Rachel McKinnon / Dr. Veronica Ivy / Rhys McKinnon / Rachel Veronica McKinnon / Foxy Moxy / SportIsARight - failed out of a tenured job,man who competes in womens sports, gained like 100 lbs in 2022 (page 813), comically fell off bike before a race (page 830)

This astounding ignorance is how I know that Rhys is an academic joke. White men were the first people to abolish slavery, a human constant, on a large scale. The fucking asslifters in Saudi Arabia didn't abolish slavery until the 1960s, an it still exists there and elsewhere among the asslifters de facto.

I bet all his 4 properties are all in white-enough-to-be-mistaken-as-a-bleaching-yard neighborhood.

Sex isn't real!!!! REEEEEEEEE~!!!!!!!

I don't know which real things apart from sex that Catriona Faolain has in mind, but it does not affect the argument at all. No matter what else is real, sex is.

If "bits of our bodies" don't define us as human, then what do? Your soul?

Indiana Jones is a fictional character. A male power fantasy figure, in fact.

Rhys uncharacteristically has been persuaded that he's made a mistake:

Stick with your Billie Ellish then.

As usual I ignore all his police-phobic posts -- except this one, which is especially dumb:

A box with a paper that LITERALLY SAYS 'CANDLE' can contain nothing but a candle; a man with a paper that LITRALLY SAYS 'WOMAN' can be nothing but a woman.

If you're in the market for a new bike, you know what to do.

In South Carolina, near its biggest city? I dunno, I kind of suspect his tenants are going to be less bikers and more joggers, if you catch my drift.
Of course there's the outside chance that it's somewhere else and this is how Rhys bails out of academia.

Rule #1: if you think, coming home from a real estate agent or a car salesman, that you've just made the deal of a lifetime in only one conversation, you've actually been screwed up the bum.
When you look like a depilated Sasquatch, I guess you take what you can get.
He's gonna have an interesting time when he realises he can't evict someone for misgendering him with their eyes or whatever other thin-skinned excuse he comes up with to be offended. All this stuff he claims to be a pro at and he's never acknowledged his outstanding achievements in professional victimhood...

just like when he proudly appeals to the so-called capitalist patriarchy (that he claims to be against , lol) when he says "but my legal name IS RACHEL! SQUAAAWWKKK!" -- once again rhys proves what a racist backward reactionary closet-rightwinger he really is.

only his troondom saves him from the sjw mob.

it also illustrates what i've long noticed: troons can be as exploitative/right wing in their lifestyles as they wanna be (even calling themselves muslims & wearing hijabs! jfc) & its all okay.
they have a pass to do anything & everything they want, regardless of who else they oppress.
Yaniv proved that; the trannies supported him even though he harassed poor immigrant women.

Troondom now trumps all other SJW identities.

& so now he is openly bragging he is good at capitalist wrangling, which if capitalism is theft (isn't that the SJW rule?) makes him automatically a thief. but hey, he is "paid to think" so i'm sure he has an answer for that one too.

also... SECTION 8? :o seriously??????????????????????????

he openly brags that he profited handsomely in 20 minutes off desperate ppl on welfare in one of the most destitute areas of a poor southern state?
Translation: he intends to squeeze poor black tenants w/no credit history (such as ex-prison inmates), which as everyone with a brain knows, is exactly what Section 8 housing in the Southern USA actually IS.

so he bitches he hates America huh, but like most affluent white immigrants from 1st world countries, comes here to profit off the poor & then brags about it... looks like he's got the hang of evillll capitalist American life, for one that supposedly hates us so much.

Next up, Rhys explains how Ayn Rand really was a socialist. because he is paid to think! :story:

edit to avoid double post

SC's largest county is Greenville County, not Charleston County. middle class joggers aren't allowed in Section 8 housing, bc you have to verify income (or lack of it). if you look middle class, they won't even talk to you & just assume you are a cheat.
students not eligible.

average Section 8 housing complex deals w/over a half-dozen evictions a month. does rhys have the balls (ha) to dump 82 yr old black grandmas out in the street when they skip rent? because that is exactly who will dare rhys to evict them.
it will be a heartbreakingly-kind old black woman who bakes brownies for the neighborhood kids & calls him honey. it will make for great tv & always does.

it WILL be delicious, can't wait til we can tar & feather rhys for evicting kindly black grandma. hopefully somebody will interview her fam for local tv so her son can sneer at the camera that "some tenured professor owns this place, he don need the money!"
& rhys will be as locally famous as he was after the South Park episode.

its gonna be some fun alright!

Well, he profited off of one of his fellow slumlords. The actual people on welfare are going to drain him dry as you said. If the place was a money factory the previous owners wouldn't have been so eager to sell it that they'd come down 30 grand.

I think he's trying to go full-time pro as a controversial troon; he won't be just a landlord, he'll be a "Trans property entrepreneur" or something similarly vacuous. Little does he realise that he's got strong contenders in the "Most Utterly Shameless Troonbeast" category in the form of Yaniv and Tommy Tooter.

Also, real estate agents represent the owner(s) of the property, they are not empowered to do a bunch of fast-paced wheeling and dealing with a buyer. Rhys is describing the transaction like he found a chair for sale on Craigslist and successfully jewed the seller down by $20. In reality, a realtor would have to take any offers back to the owner(s) for approval, unless the realtor already had permission to accept a lower price.

Anyway:

I looked for "McKinnon" and "Daugherty" in the property records of four counties: Charleston County, and its neighbors Berkeley, Collet, and Dorchester. Didn't find anything. I also tried "Fox" guessing that if Rhys created an LLC, it would be "Fox" something.

Berkeley County is the poorest of the four counties. I found a unit in Berkeley County that sold for $78k in 3/2020 to Friendly Fox Housing, LLC. Friendly Fox Housing is registered to a PO Box at 1643B Savannah HWY Ste 259 Charleston, SC 29407. This address is a UPS store an 11 minute drive from Rhys's current residence on Stallion Ct.

The South Carolina state website shows "Friendly Fox Housing" incorporated in Jan 2020 then dissolved. Then, in 5/2020, another Friendly Fox Housing was incorporated, along with Friendly Fox Remodeling. Owner is "Foxy Holdings LLC" and the address of all of them is the UPS Store closest to Rhys's house in Charleston.

I think it's not troondom, as such.

I think that SJWs are vulnerable to anyone who can speak in their bizarre pseudo-logic with the proper linguistic nods to their beliefs. They're also extremely vulnerable to any argument taking the form: "if you don't agree with me, an oppressed person, you are directly contributing to my oppression." Troon activists just happen to be better at this because they do nothing all day but read other people knotting language into counterfactuals that they then claim to be true. They can talk circles around people who are vulnerable to the cult-speak, and make their victims apologize for being so mean to their bullies.

Immigrant women have a hard enough time communicating the basics in a new language and culture. They don't have the time or means necessary to learn all the shibboleths and practice their shocked/aggrieved face for when someone fucked up. If they try to defend themselves to the SJWs they will misspeak. They'll call their troon bully "a transgender" or "a man" and get dogpiled for it.

Even when you see the social justice people talk about "listen to black people," they only mean the ones who spend all day interacting with the social justice cult. If a black person starts to sound like they maybe haven't read Derrida or Butler, they're no longer important to the socjus message.

This is why Rhys keeps coming out on top of the heap, with actual speaking engagements and people unwilling to challenge even his most obviously narcissistic claims. They know his rhetoric will be turned against anyone who challenges him, and that it's literally all he does all day. He takes pride in twisting people's thoughts and ideas and interpreting them in bad faith to make his point.
