In South Carolina, near its biggest city? I dunno, I kind of suspect his tenants are going to be less bikers and more joggers, if you catch my drift.

SC's largest county is Greenville County, not Charleston County. middle class joggers aren't allowed in Section 8 housing, bc you have to verify income (or lack of it). if you look middle class, they won't even talk to you & just assume you are a cheat.
