Because your points are dumb. You keep harping on about diversity being bad, and yet countries like Singapore are incredibally diverse, and yet are doing just fine.
You ask why as many white people aren't getting into Uni anymore, or why companies seem to be hiring less honkies than usual. Because asians/new immigrants have a higher drive to do well academically, and white people have become complacent and privileged when it comes to educational effort.
Your question about work is dumb because in the very same link you gave, white people still have the highest percentage of representation at Apple. Besides, why would I hire some average white dude when I can get a super asian or motivated black woman to do the job better? Stop trying to hype up numbers to mean some sort of sinister plot or veiled threat. It's like retarded ad baculum.
White people are not a minority in the united states, based on sheer numbers whitey still runs the show. You are mad about policies aimed at trying to create some sense of equality among Americans of all colors, which is a reductive stance to take, seeing as America is founded on the melting pot principal, meaning trying to elevate all of your citizens is a good thing. If everyone is elevated your country runs smoother.
Your white flight map is nonsensical and outdated. People with means will always migrate if a situation looks bad, it's why Mexicans cross deserts and risk death to come to Murica. Not because of some Beaner Genocide, but because they know there is better opportunity elsewhere. And hey, whadda you know? They are fleeing to a more diverse environment.
You keep bringing up Brazil, so you should know the crime rate in Brazil is directly connected to the brutal history of slavery and lack of any meaningful attempts at equality. That leads to gangs rising in power (like the commado vermelo) who are brutal gangsters, but also provide for the people living in the favellas in a meaningful way.
In conclusion, all your points are based on primitive fears and speculations, and a refusal to admit that maybe white folks did some shitty things in the past. You are dumb, and we are not taking you seriously because you are dumb, which is why everyone is mocking.

Addressing your points in order:
1) Racial paranoia exists across all given ethnic groups, and in most cases is distilled down to what they are really - honest mistakes.
2) This does happen, sure, but said innocent people are often found to be guilty of massive powerleveling and lolcow-worthy behaviour that wouldn't endear them to even members of their own race. Most consequences of these false positives would be attributed to the actions of perpetrators, not their racial identity.
3) PCness has always existed in one form or another. In actual polite societies this would be called social decorum, i.e. responsibility of the individual member for respectful interaction.
4) This phenomenon is not just limited to whites and is more often than not precipitated by local economic decline via external/national factors. Demographic exodus is a result as other neighbouring locales gentrify and become respectable.
5) This has been proven to be demonstrably false elsewhere on this forum.
Conclusion: Diversity is a flawed system and does not necessarily work in all cases, but like all policy has borne fruit elsewhere, like in the multicultural community policies of Australia and other places in the aftermath of the collapse of their white-dominant social policies.

Fortune 500: If you had bothered to look at the leadership stats for all five years that Apple is tracking (presumably where your argument is), you'll see that there has been no discernible change in those years with consistent 70% occupation. Also Apple does not stand as an absolute representation of the Fortune 500 - it is a nice piece of the pack, but it is not the whole pack.

Universities: Same deal, UCB is just one campus among thousands in the country. One campus the entire country does not make.

Demographic change: That's a statistical projection of demographic trends, not absolute truth of the future. Percentages are also deceiving - immigration is pushing the total number up and therefore conflating the percentages. The number of whites isn't decreasing, its lead is just narrowing as immigrants settle and populate.

I know I probably fucked up by even giving this reply but what the fuck. One should always fight fire with fire.
