I’m late on this but I truly don’t understand the urge to shove potentially upsetting/disruptive shit in the face like wearing a “queer” shirt to see a dying man.It would be one thing if he were like, alive and well and they were close and she had a serious girlfriend and wanted him to meet her, even knowing that he may struggle to “get” it or approve. It’s another entirely to wear a shirt specifically to make a dying man feel uncomfortable. It’s so bizarrely selfish and chip-on-the-shoulder-y.I say this as a homo who has lost family over it too, but not on purpose to prove I could.
I also just can’t understand walking into a situation that is not going to have any homophobia in it and trying to set things up to ensure homophobia will happen. Like Jesus Christ, Steph, tell on yourself more.
Edit: “I’m not giving up this movement.” You don’t do anything for the movement, Steph, and that’s fine, I guess, but you’re not exactly one to stand bravely among the ruin. Go out and fucking protest, it’s happening in historic numbers. Give some of your pins-and-tincture money to a bail fund or a mutual aid fund. Call your representatives! Do jail support, do phone banking, contact mutual aid, contact your local union, donate to a covid bail fund, do the dishes for the people who are actually doing things. Do something, Christ on a cross.
fuck the police
#BlueLivesMatter. Staph should go to the riots just so every side can join hands and laugh at her. Imagine just a moment of peace as she tries to throw a "spell" jar full God knows what at a police line, drops it on herself, then speds out. Everyone pointing and laughing at her as one organism.
Here's the thing, Stephanie.
You are not trans. You really, genuinely are just a self hating woman.
I spend most of my day around LGBT people, and a lot of trans people in particular. I've introduced all of them to Stephanie and shown them her own posts pertaining to gender and sexuality, and they've all come to the same conclusion: that she's a liar and trying to worm into the community for brownie points on her oppression card. If 6 different trans people both MtF and FtM of varying social and political stances and standing from separate fucking countries look at you, look at the way you talk about things, and all go "hmmm this reeks of a trender", you should maybe take a step back and evaluate yourself.
We know you're not trans. YOU know you're not trans. You make it a point to wear feminine clothing, all your made up genders have "femme" or "neutral" attached to them, you freaked out at the concept of being mistaken for male, you. are. not. trans.
You are an overweight 31yo with the mentality of a teenager who hates her body and herself and would dive into a community she doesn't belong in rather than try to improve. You have expressed over and over a wish to return to the body you had in high school because you don't want a gender neutral body, you just miss being thin and acceptable looking instead of looking like a wad of pale, uncooked dough in a trashy wig.
You hate yourself, and you manifest that hate outwardly, lashing out at everyone around you and trying to force your way into spaces that actively reject you.
Things could be so much easier for you if you just accepted that you hate yourself and committed to some fucking self improvement, but you'd really rather make LGBT spaces unsafe and uncomfortable by forcing your way in and shouting down the people who belong there telling you to get out.
Is there anything real about her? Her identity revolves around being an "NB witch" when she is demonstratively neither. I've been trying to determine just how serious she is about the witchy parts. Its hard to tell how much is just LARP and how much is legitimately believing in spiritual nonsense. She like...started gardening and occasionally taking trips to the forest, but this hobby directly ties into being "witchy". Her theology is all over the place and consists mainly of Tumblr reblogs from edgy teens. When she talks about her ghost husbandos, her demons, her spells does she really convince herself it is real or does she know on some level its just playing pretend? She doesn't seem to bothered by the failure of all her spells, I can't think of anything that she prayed for that actually worked out for her.
Aside from that she has politics...but her political ideas almost entirely tie into her "NB witch" identity. They're also incredibly shallow and, much like her theology, all over the place and contradictory. She's an anarchist! Tear down the government! Also she's a socialist! Government programs for everyone! She thinks white supremacists exist as a force capable of great destruction like riots and follows true crime but wants to abolish police systems. She doesn't have any real idea of how she would implement any of her supposed political ideas, puts only the most lazy effort into supporting them, and if she somehow was given vast political power she would be incredibly confused and just do whatever someone else told her to. Its not like she is a legit anarchosocalist who has some idea of what her ideal society would be like. She says she's a socialist because everyone on Tumblr/Mastadon does. She says she's an anarchist because everyone else in her circle does. She treats politics as part of her aesthetic, the same way she treats genders. I'm sure any political debate or discussion she managed to get in would just be repeating other people's talking points.
Take away her fake identities, fake abuse, fake mental illness, fake disabilities, and every other fake part of her all you're left with is a faker.
