Trump's approval rating with Republicans is 96% last I heard, he's more left-wing on several issues than Romney (ie. Doesn't give a damn about the gays), opposes more military action in the middle east, and is focused on bringing industry back to America. If it wasn't for the constant media barrage, he'd probably be polling pretty well with the Democrats too. In a multi-party system, he'd be the popular centrist party who could pull both the middle left and middle right together.

It was that and security camera pointing at it just happening to change the direction it was pointing in the day of the attack, then the next day it was back to facing it. I followed that shit from the get go and in the days leading up to it everybody was saying they were gonna do something like that to discredit them and bury it, sure enough they did exactly that.

It tells me that pedophiles are obsessed with pedophilia and not much else. If Pizzagate turns out to have been real, nothing will ever top that, not even a Trump GAMERS RISE UP tweet. But I'll believe it when I see it.
The scope of discovery on Clinton emails is limited to evidence she circumvented the FoIA, so even if she did enjoy a little extra cheese on top, we probably won't find out about it. Even if they get her for the FoIA stuff, it'll be a slap on the wrist if that's all they can prove. Trump will get to crow about "her emails" again, and to drag her into court in September, but not much else, and it's just gonna look like "muh Russian collusion" to non-Trumpers.
I want to see them blow open the Steele dossier, the Russian collusion bullshit, Hunter Biden, etc. That's gonna have some meat to it.

It sounds coo-coo but I followed that shit from the get go and if you can find the info that didn't get buried it's somewhat compelling.
Personally I believe it's true and the reason the Spirit Cooking lady is mixed up in it is to discredit it mostly. I don't personally think she's really involved in it so much and none of the shit other than deals were probably going on at CPP.

Also, Mattis was supposedly going try to take the whole thing down as well from what I recall of the mythos. So when they railroaded him I wasn't entirely surprised. Now that he's possibly getting freed I've gotten a bit more interested in the whole thing again.

That, too. Everybody was praising these guys way back when Obama was going up against McCain. IIRC, they were actually fairly accurate in their predictions but in hindsight that was all probably more luck than judgment on their part.

They'd had a lot of high profile failures before then. It really did seem like they were riding a wave of very good guesses. The 2016 election really underscored that when he lost it live on TV.

Is the conspiracy theory true in its entirety? Ehhh, probably not. Is it incredibly convenient that every time this same group of creepy fuck-you money people get involved in something that smells off, all documentation of their activities spontaneously explodes, or private islands combust on their own, or a paper falls into the crack next to the passenger seat and can't be retrieved, or it accidentally gets magnetized and smashed 40 times by a very clumsy intern with a hammer and a slippery floor, or falls into one of those east-coast native wild roving vats of acid strangely labeled "evidence destroying acid"? My credulity only stretches so far.

Maybe they were right until recently, but I think a good amount of suburbs that recently turned blue might experience a shift in hue next elections due to the current round of rioting and looting.
Middle-class suburbanites fear having their houses invaded by angry mobs way more than they fear Trump.

That's what I hear in repeated podcasts with pollsters who study this kind of thing. Multiple times.
Of course nobody in them ever bothers to ask if Trump is picking traditionally democrat areas like the blue collar zones.

Maybe I'm just drunk but I developed a theory that one of the reasons the DC elite hate Trump so much is that they view him as the class version of a race traitor. Think about it, Trump is loud, rude, loves McDonalds, Walmart, professional wrestling, and Fox News. He's closer to white trash with a lot of money than a conventional blue blood. This shatters the narcissistic mythology that political and financial elites who fancy themselves aristocracy have crafted.
And it makes them mad as fuck.

I still believe that they're mad as fuck because the elites truly thought he was "one of them" by allowing him into their circles. They all used to worship and kiss the ground he walked on, and they all cracked jokes and stuff about their debauchery lifestyles. Then he ran on a Republican ticket and they freaked out, even though he was a known flip-flopper about his political affiliations since the '80s. But another thing that I think really gets under their skin is that Trump knows all of their dirty secrets, he has connections everywhere, and he's more than willing to use it against them. They've been struggling to find a way to get something to stick to Trump in return as a "Gotcha, bitch!", but he's shrugged it all off. Meanwhile, their skeletons have been falling out one by one.
But associating himself with the commoners practically since the beginning of his career I'm sure was always something they sneered at behind his back. They're just not bothering to hide it anymore.
