I wonder, are there white phosphorus mortar rounds? These guys keep crying about tear gas being chemical warfare, might as well expose them to something closer to the real thing.
Yes, but they're not supposed to be used on humans; as phosphorous catches fire upon contact with air. You'd literally be incinerating people, and under enough exposure possibly melt what's left of them. There's also this thing called the Geneva Convention which says it's bad optics to do so and someone will tisk tisk at you for doing it.
