Former Occupy-er here. I was part of the Peacekeepers, the voluntary security force. We kept the homeless sedated and dealt with infighting. I can tell you how this Tortuga shit is going to go down.
First, there will be infighting between different factions, or as the commies call them "Affinity Groups" These are the little committees that handle day to day running of the glorified homeless camp, like the Medical AG, the Security AG, the Provisioning AG (Usually Food not Bombs which sends out groups to dumpster dive and scavenge for food to turn into soup) and in this situation much like the Maidan riots, the Defense AG (that will make all the armor, shields, molotovs and other goodies the Security AG will use to defend the barricades) and so on it goes. Each has their own angles, their own ambitions, their own member goals, and each Group gets a voice in the general assembly that with time will devolve into stupidity.
Second, supplies are going to be constantly running out, and this will be a source of friction and discontent as most of these trust fund commissars will never have had to live like rats, while the crustpunks are comfortable in places like this and are actually good at rationing and stockpiling despite being unwashed alcoholic pieces of shit.
Third, these cunts are about to have massive drug problems, massive homeless problems, and eventual OD deaths. And when someone dies, punks usually put up a little shrine to pay respects, but trustifarian commies don't believe in a soul, and they actually rob roadside memorials frequently, and when they start stealing from the dead their little bit of unity is going to fucking break when the friends of the dead confront them with the thefts and shit gets ugly.
fourth, these cunts are a complete mashup of ideology, few agree on more than the simplest things. They will have major problems not just when the affinity groups start to not just stop working together, but out right sabotaging each other, escalating to sectarian violence. They will come to hate each other more than anyone else.
