All posted guards and personnel are instructed to receive taxes in any monetary currency, or cigarrettes. The exchange rate for each cig is 1/12 of $1. We accept venmo at any of the below 133 addresses. Once you have paid your tax, keep your receipt as proof to show the next guard that attempts to retrieve it. It's not nice to pay too many taxes all day! We believe 10 tax transactions a day is enough to pay for the omelette bar, pancake station, and coffee bar.

It's just so silly, no matter what people can't actually change their tax payments or monetary flow. These people will stay unfunded, and the catering tapers off when the owners get sick of letting everyone mooch off them. The warm fuzzies only last so long.

If he is a corrections officer, what sort of kindly lifers do you think he's had to deal with over the years? What sort of shit has he seen dindu's do to each other? it's always been like this: when your kids are idiots and your communal school sucks even more, the only logical step is to blame the ones who are doing just fine, as opposed to the city. For a long time here in LA, a lot of parents would buy Beverly Hills PO boxes and other ways to spoof an address so they could send their kids to the nicer BH schools, since all you needed was some kinda proof you lived there. Since BH schools were where all the celebs and politicians sent their kids, they got a load of private donations to make them actual places of education, whereas the moment you leave Ontario, you hit the world of LA funding, and schooling starts to resemble the set Stand and Deliver

Well, this was year two into HOPANCHANGE, and mayor Villar - cruising on the more ethnic Villaraigosa after cramming his wife's last name in there too - had a riled-up Latino base that was screaming on NPR and other outlets over how horrible white mothers were for gaming the system to keep their kids away from the horrible Mexicans (even though these were extremely black neighborhoods that liked to paint targets on the Latino population), eventually this got too big to ignore once John and Ken (the local Clear Channel/iHeart/KFI AM radio guys) started blasting the school district over how they're ignoring the actual reasons no one wants to put their kids in an LAUSD school. As shown in the article, their solution wasn't to make the existing schools any more safe, but to just make BH schools more of a walled-garden, and punish parents AND kids doing this

I mean it when I say travel more. Go to an impoverished country and live like the locals for a while. It's an eye opening experience. If you care about poor people of color, put your money where your mouth is and get educated through experience. I could dig up more examples of foreign racism if you want, it's pretty funny to look at when you're immersed in American culture.

Well, you DO have Spokane. I mean, that's an interesting place where up until the 90's the Gypsy Jokers ran the north side on the other side of the tracks and juvenile gangs were a bit of a problem. No, I don't have a problem with white people or country folk. I mean the actual pants on head types. I probably should have been clearer, but I don't think the state is full of them. They just tend to flock there, Idaho, and Oregon for some reason. So even though there's not that many in the country overall, they like the NW for some reason. If a bunch of antifa types fled from Seattle, WA I can imagine the idiots wandering into one of them.

Spokane and the Tri-Cities are the biggest places around. Yakima is know for drugs and Apples.

The Eastside all votes red. The west is where most people live, but they all vote blue.

He's absolutely right The Sunrise movement who are now confirmed to be behind the planning and funding of the riots were also a major backer of bernie's campaign.

Not trying to be an obnoxious know-it-all but I've been saying this since February when I made the Bernie bros thread. I definitely didn't believe it would be this big but I could tell they were preparing something and getting awfully chummy with antifa/communist types who they would usually stay away from due to optics.

My theory now is that the Bernie campaign was used as cover to plan, fund and organise this all with various activists/organisers being able to be in the same room without raising suspicions.

Why no refunds? Cause it all went to the revolution.
