Too bad everyone on ebay drove up the prices of the film. I got the above for like $8 two years ago. Its now asking for 10x the ammount on Ebay.



Probably a conspiracy theory, but some onine seller probably paid the author of the original article calling out HBO Go so the film would get delisted. They had a ton of copies they wanted to sell and now that its hot shit they can drive up the price for it. Or WB had a ton of copies sitting in their warehouses and they wanted to offload it. Paid a writer to decry the film. Banned it. And now its worth something.

Some of my favorite shows/movies deal with cops and this bizarre idea that it's bad to have examples of good cops or, even worse, the idea that cops are nuanced human beings just like everyone else is very frustrating. This childish view that a lot of these protestors have, that ALL of one group are bad, is really interesting when you just swap cop with any race, religious denomination, sexuality, etc. I doubt any of them even consider just how bad the ACAB thinking is and they'd just deflect with something about how it "isn't the same thing at all!"

Part of my redpilling was realizing that maybe 20-30% of people in this country actually give a shit about BLM, trannies, illegal immigrants, etc. These people are overrepresented in journalism and academia. Which is all well and good, I mean someone has to give a shit, right?

But the problem is that you have the NYT and MSNBC and NPR and all that shit telling their listeners "YOU NEED TO PERSONALLY SOLVE RACISM" and within these circles any dissent is seen as proof that you're not personally committed to solving racism and you're the reason racism hasn't been solved.

It gives the time for it to spread from a high number of asymptomatic carriers who are healthy enough to go out, to their family and friends who are potentially more at risk. To see the full extend, you'll have to wait 'till the first week of July, or so.

People are known to do things that other people say are bad just because it's seen as bad. Horror movies are known for using that kind of marketing to get people in seats. Same thing with the "evils of the demonic rock and roll corrupting the youth!" panic that just got more people interested.

The fact that they're bitching about TV shows like Paw Patrol should tell you everything. Before this the only people who bitched about that show mostly were diapershitting babyfurs who watch (and consume porn of) kids TV shows, claiming it was pro-cop propaganda. Reality and TV shows are one and the same to these people.

That's why TV shows about cops that aren't solely villians who exist to murder black trans people are bad. It also won't make these TV shows magically go away. Even if they're canceled and never get a DVD/BD release you can still find copies on torrent sites.
