Mentioning General Lee, I wonder when the woke crowd will realize that Amazon is selling "racist" radios?

The part with wanting 2.5x3.5's remind me of their 'training' pamphlet.

It LITERALLY said to watch some fucking cartoon with "2x4 Technology" because it had excellent construction tips.

Whatever they build is going to be sad as fuck.

All I have to say is: This Shadowrun supplement sucks.
2x4 Technology you say...

These people love pop culture and have fetishized dystopian futures and fictional settings to the point where they truly believe they'd be a comfy place to be. They don't realize that the real versions of what they imagine are terrifying and have existed already. They also tend to believe they're going to be at the top of the social hierarchy in whatever communist future they take part in, overseeing the kindly workers day to day.

That's hilarious considering how openly hostile the Mega-Cities are shown to be. Inter-community fights all day every day, people going nuts from not having anything to do, wars between neighboring blocks (I forgot the proper term sorry), and enough death (coupled with scarce resources) to turn dead bodies into food!

I can't imagine universes like Shadowrun or Cyberpunk 2077 would be much better.

I think "reform the police" works just fine as a slogan and would probably get more of the right people behind the cause...but that's not really what BLM wants, is it?
It doesn't go as far as they want and would still require some explanation. "Defund" is a convenient old slogan repurposed for our times too.

The whole thing is at turns convoluted, vague, specious, wildly idealistic, or flagrantly dishonest anyway. They cite Camden as a model when Camden did not defund or undermine the police with its reform:

With those savings, the department, which has since unionized, hired scores of new officers while keeping overall costs about the same. An analysis of police employment data indicates that in the course of a year, Camden has gone from a bare-bones force to having at or near the highest police presence of any larger U.S. city on a per capita basis.

For Camden residents, the influx of additional police has taken some getting used to. Officers are making more traffic stops and issuing tickets for minor violations, such as tinted windows and obstructed license plates. They’re citing bicyclists for failing to have a bell or other audible device on their bikes. Even pastor King expressed frustration over being pulled over five times within a month for, among other things, driving with a broken headlight during the day. Many locals view the citations, which they say were never before enforced, as harassment. Police, however, say the city’s most egregious offenders also commit these types of minor violations. Armed robbery suspects, for instance, often drive cars with tinted windows. Drug dealers deploy lookouts on bikes. “We are going to leverage every legal option that we have to deter their criminal activity,” says Thomson.

Donut Operator posted a good rebuttal to even the watered-down interpretation of "defund the police"

The TL;DR is that less-than-lethal means of incapacitating a person require training to pull off, while using a gun at point-blank range is as simple as pointing and pulling the trigger. Most police department funds go toward training, meaning that should the police be defunded, officers with less training and less confidence in their ability to subdue an attacker will be far more reliant on their guns.
Yeah but that's dumb, we'll just disarm the cops and then no one can get shot, dumbass.

Just like britain, and then we can have groups of fat, dwarven, women shuffle jog away from groups of immigrants hurling bricks and glass at them too! See? Fool proof! I don't care, I'll have Blackwater mercs guarding my hood. Luckily we all bought stock and they are doing GREAT!

If the guy that had the statue drop on his head dies, I want a statue K/D ratio to be recorded for these riots.
As it stands, I'm pretty sure there have been more deaths directly related to the protests/riots than the entire amount of deaths in 2019 from cops killing unarmed black AND white men.

Dukes of Hazzard is in the weird limbo of being both pro-Confederate (or at least pro-Southern) but anti-cop, so it may not be at the bottom of the woke hierarchy.
Well, after Roof went on a killing spree towards nine Black churchgoers WITH the Confederate flag in display, I would say the Confederate (Battle) Flag reputation is permanently tainted.

Better video of the statue hitting the dude in the head;

Bahahahaha Andrew 'Stonewall" Jackson came back from the fucking grave to smash commie skulls. "They want to replace me on the $20 with what? Not on my fucking watch"
:story: :story: :story: :story:

BTW, still wanting someone skilled with Photoshop to doctor this into a $12 bill. I need it in my life.

Is this brother unironically supporting this? Who would want to live in a real world equivalent of MegaCity One? Apparently, he does!
Hope they suceed, Kowloon and Torre de David (IRL Dredd) were cyberpunkish as fuck, living in there must be an interesting mix of cool, exciting and nightmerish, abundant in every resouce but space... and stable buildings.
