Because :
The "mass shootings" were mostly if not all, false flags. They were bullshit to feed an agenda. I mean the big ones.
They were to give the illusion that this was the issue - white people shooting lots of people = WE MUST TAKE GUNS.
That narrative has shifted. Most people want to live in a civilised society.

It doesn't have to be as lethal to be lethal.
That 30% lethality is lower than 9mm or .45, but it still stops the attacker and sends people either to the hospital or the morgue.

The right has smarten up. They know if they try and take up arms against these people, the system is going to buttfuck them. That guy with the mustang in Charlottesville got it pretty bad. Its better to let the left burn out on its own than to try and stop them head on. And if they need to be stopped, the Government can handle it.

Or mass shootings are all false-flags like @heathercho said. And the left isn't going to have a false flag happen to their guys.

Don't forget this as well: Why are some news channels continuing to report and act as if riots/looting are still ongoing? Minneapolis is already burnt, shut it down guys.
