The thing I always wonder about the "gynos can't tell" lie is, do they not realize the majority of the reason a speculum is inserted at all, is to have a visual check of the cervix to identify abnormalities?

Yes, lots of them have. They generally look like deflated ball sacks and a gaping wound. They are also generally in the wrong place. Too close to the belly button. You bring up another good point. If you peruse the trans-related subs on reddit, especially the ones that have to do with the surgeries, you will quickly find that after the surgery is complete these docs will have little to nothing to do with their patients. Then you have the guys who travel overseas for their surgeries. Its a disaster.

Like it seems as if after a couple of follow-ups, the patient is left without reliable follow-up care. Moreover there are no practitioners, to my knowledge, that specialize specifically in the care of the neo-vagina. So these guys are forced to go to gynos or regular docs, who probably don't know what the hell the plastic surgery surgeon did.

There's a lot of shit wrong with this system, notwithstanding the fact that these plastic surgeons are literally making money off of delusional men and fetishists. No bueno. No bueno at all.
