I think it's going to make it significantly harder for anyone who is trans to get a job there now, and that's the really infuriating thing about people like Rhys: His fucked-up shenanigans make it harder for the trans people who are just going about their business, trying to live a normal life, as well as (I suspect) some fallout for other "minority" groups.
If Transquatch sues, it will make CoC extremely careful about "potentially litigious" new hires, if past events in similar situations are any guide, at least.

I'm really heartened by that review of Krasnoff's that makes it clear that he considers Rhys' work on trans inclusion in sport to be deeply and fundamentally flawed. I mean, it was obvious to all of us, but Troon Studies does not care about such frivolity as whether something accords to logic or not. Rhys has not and will not address the fact that mens and women's sports are separated because of the difference in the physical body, and this "easy objection" he's left for his detractors apparently does not cut it in Philosophy as it might if he were a true and genuine Troon Studies professor. Good for them. I was seriously beginning to doubt they had any standards at all in the face of the SJW orthodoxy.

The extension of this is that it is now set down in writing, that he has been told his research doesn't stand up, and that the research in question is his only contribution save a couple of rehashes of the old work he's actually supposed to be doing.
