Watching BBC Global Questions, why do they alway push the narrative that it's only the British/white man who created the slave trade? Why do they never actual say how these corrupt, racist structures actually show themselves as being racist? What do they think children are being taught in schools? Why are they skirting over the very valid question about racism in third world countries where it is generally far, far more extreme. I'm also not sure how people can acknowledge they're a minority in predominantly white countries, yet demand greater diversity in certain positions. They ignore those people who are of ethnic minorities are achieve the positions and demand more. They're not the right minority, no dark enough, not woke enough.

Sure, I get that we shouldn't have laws that criminalize collecting rain water, but society can't provide safe housing for everyone, under all circumstances, and we definitely can't take resource officers out of schools until black kids start behaving like human beings at school.

Falling down is a really honest film. William Foster isn't a hero and there are no good guys and bad guys. Just a look at how life can wear a man down to the point he doesn't care anymore. You can see progressively in the film William Foster slowly realizes he no longer has a role society. Society moved on and he has no place in it. And even if he did. It Isn't the world we grew up in. Tragically underrated film

Something's been nagging at me with this whole abolish the police thing. Minor power level I work around mentally deficient individuals and I have a lot of experience with the mentally ill. Their brains are not wired like you I and many of them lack the basic understanding of right and wrong and one of the few things that keeps them from acting out on impulse is the fear of going to jail. Do people not realize that there are monsters among us who have no problem raping murdering and stealing for no particular reason other than it feels good and without Law enforcement and Incarceration these animals would be roaming the streets looking for victims.
There certainly needs to be police reform and policy changes especially concerning mental health and drug policy. The issue isn't the police necessarily its the policies their policing

There's two paint stores across the street from each other that were both vandalized.
There was a lot of white paint on the street as well, especially in front of the Kelly Moore.
McDonalds took the brunt of the damage. Most of the broken glass is cleaned up, but the graffiti still remains.
The AT&T that had an arson attempt on it, before others put a stop to the fire due to the apartments above.
Miscellaneous graffiti. Don't ask me how to pronounce "WⒶMXN".

As for the rest of your message, it's not the police or their policies that need reform, it's societies attitudes about crazies and junkies. We need to stop acting like mental illness and drug abuse are things to be embraced and exalted. Crazies belong in hospitals and junkies need to be shunned and shamed like they used to be. Propping these people up and acting like nothing is wrong with them is the problem.

Just some typical commie rhetoric. They want to remove systems currently in place and install their own systems so then they control everything. Removing the authorities blocking them and installing their own is just step one. These community governance systems will control everything, where you live, where you work,what food and possessions you can have. You won't be able to do anything without their permission and it'll give advantages to party members and those who speak the party line. History,religious beliefs and culture will be replaced by their own cult that worships their leaders.
This is why communism has always been the biggest threat to the free world.
