Isn't a taser non-lethal? Isn't he just a random drunk guy by himself? This was uncalled for.

Two point rebuttal:
1. Try this on the nicest cop you've ever met on his best day ever. No, seriously. Try it. Take his taser, and see what he does.

2. The point of a taser is to incapacitate. And it fires multiple times. Even with two cops on him, one having just unloaded his OWN taser, dude can turn around, PAP ZAP, and he's got two incapacitated cops. Now you have a drunk dude, already belligerent and agitated, with two guns.

If you take away two cop's non-lethals (goinking one, and tanking the other), you can't be surprised when they don't use non-lethals.

I'd had no few glasses of hefe, and I'd straight up asked them why Ghandi was killed by a Hindu at some point. They told me that exact same thing; Indians didn't like being a subject of the Queen, but they outright despise Muslims, and hate Pakistan even more.

when you are under physical attack, your life IS in danger.
a punch to the face can give you a blue eye or broken nose if you're lucky. if you're unlucky it can knock you straight out, and once you're on the ground it's merely a matter of seconds until the head stomping starts and snuffs out your life.

Tasers are deadly and should be second only to a gun as a last resort. The fact that cops use them a first resort is troubling.
