This might happen but only in a small number of land areas where blacks predominate. I just think the country is going to fall apart, and unless someone decides to push the breaks it's going to happen a lot sooner than most think.
If Biden wins in November the left have two choices. They can pull back, take the win, disavow their commie wing and allow space for all sides. This is the least likely scenario as the AOC and BLM wings of the party will feel emboldened and, will rightly. view any win as being down to them. Also Biden is clearly impaired and will not be running the country. So the second choice is way, way more likely, a continuing escalation and purity spiral as the far left use their newly acquired government powers to go after their perceived enemies. If this happens we'll almost immediately trip into civil war.
If Trump wins I expect more of what we've had for the past 3 years, but worse. Trump is a civ nat who believes in muh institutions. He'll try and preserve the current system but will fail. The left will continue with their chimp outs and gay ops, only ever more frequent and deranged. Trump will continue to refuse to go after them as this would risk the system, even though not going after them guarantees it's collapse.
If someone can see a path out of this that doesn't end in mass violence and millions of dead I'd like to see it, because I can't.
