Edit: Also, if you watch the video in that tweet (a), it shows the "armed terrorist militia group" was actually... taking the shooter into custody and detaining him until the cops showed up. One of them holds a rifle on the shooter until he sits down, another kicks the pistol away and traps it under his foot.

When I was a kid I used to occasionally rent these videos from Blockbuster that were like shock footage highlights, like the shows that used to be all over TV but slightly more graphic. I saw a bunch of stuff on those tapes, and the thing I remember most was just some guy getting jumped, and one of the attackers hit him in the head with a skateboard. I don't know why but it caused a really strong reaction that I still remember to this day, really pissed me off. I thought it was they gayest lamest attack I had ever seen, and anytime I see some little faggot with his face hidden swing a skateboard I remember that video and I want to see them smashed. There have been a lot of fags swinging skateboards this last week or two, and I think this may be the first one that really faced severe consequences.

Here's a full stream of the Albaquerque protest. The shooting happens a little past the 1 hour mark.
It's really satisfying to hear a protester sob at 1:11. Fuck these people.

At 1:16 you can hear a soyboy compare the police to the KKK and complain because they let armed people come to their vandalism parties.
It's another case of "FUCK THE POLICE! WHY ISN'T THE POLICE HELPING US MORE?!?"

As a former Portland resident, let me explain it very simply:
Oregon is adjacent to California, has mild weather, and various niceties like no sales tax. It is relatively cheap to live in an apartment there. Add in the various very liberal universities like PSU; and it's a haven for dropouts, California expats, and the homeless.

On that last point: homelessness has always been a problem, but until a few years ago it was what you might call manageable. Homeless would yell at people as they passed, cops would tell people with tents to move on, that was that. What changed? Occupy Wall Street. Several nice parks in the downtown got taken over by "protesters" and the Mayor/police completely cucked. The parks were eventually cleared - leaving utter ruins and mud mixed with stool behind, so bad the parks required hazmat for several months - but various tent cities sprang up on the city's ourskirts. Fucking Hooverville style tent cities. So now, whenever they need protesters, they have not just university students but entire camps of the mentally ill and anarchic as well.

Really I'm surprised Portland doesn't have a CHAZ right now.

They've been trying to erect one for 3 nights straight. It's not clear from the streams I'm watching why they can't manage it. I think the cops are being quick about dismantling any barricades that they throw together.
