The weirdest and most nonsensical part of the whole pattern of SJW argumentation, this massive blindspot that constantly gets glossed over or derided is this assumption of "white people's experience" or from feminists "men's experience". They have no idea what either of those things are. They've created a boogeyman, a Kaiser Sozhey, a strawman, a caricature that they go after. None of their descriptions of me as a white male fit my lived life, and they will just do the AA religious nonsense of "you're in denial" or "you can't see it cuz you live in it".... No, nigga, I know my life and your description is much more true of your life than mine, so stop telling me what I live to step on me to get where you want to live. Its such a foundation to all their arguments, and it's actually pretty easy to shut down by tossing back enough faux outrage that THEY can never understand being white(after all, if I can't understnad what being black is like since they are not privileged, they are making shit up pretending they understand what it is like to be white and privileged -- both garbage kindergarten concepts btw). You come across as a complete racist, but it shuts down their nonsense pretty quickly, and they rarely try that shit again in your presence without coming across as massive racists themselves.
They really are religious nutcases recreating an age old religious nutcase narrative. Essentially, they have a God -- the system/patriarchy -- with it's privileged angels (wypipo and/or men) whom they have a fairytale story about living in a heaven they deserve and defy for their freedom, but unlike the myth they think good is evil and evil good, and not only think they deserve to reign inHell, but deerve to do the same in Heaven, as long as they take cowardly shots and shout loud enough at the angels to feel bad for them. [This is coming from a very staunch atheist, btw, but it fits]... In a way, it isn't being white/male/privileged is the original sin, it's disagreeing that Hell is as good as Heaven, or thinking any morality or ethical standard should apply to the golden dream of Eden at all.

The clownworld aspect would have been worse in a way, I suspect, since you'd be largely doing it in a vacuum until the hammer fell. Then everyone from Yagoda to Zinoviev to Kamenev to Trotsky to Beria must have had that same moment.
Same thing in Weimar Germany. 1921 to 1923 would have been surreal, and probably many were in denial all the way up to 1933, after which anyone not capable of self denial and doublethink was already liquidated, deneutered or fled. Hitler was fast, though, a tasmanian devil on steroids. The Bolsheviks tooks a while longer to solidify things. The current West is somewhere in between timewise, but the danger is that it always flips too quick, and it's always too late to stop it. How many people were trotted off to the Lubyanka or the Warsaw ghetto before they realized it had gotten that bad?

It seems it may have something to do with the phrase "bread and roses" and red flowers in the lapel being a symbol of communist party members in places where open symbolism was banned.

Part of this is the SJW denial of their own power. By doing this they simultaneously benefit from our culture's tendency to root for the underdog, while still being able to throw their weight around as the dominant cultural force. So the stock response to "white history month?" is "Every other month is white history month". They conveniently forget that they control the schools and have already made every other month "Progressive history month" . They assume their enemies have far more sway than they actually do, and it's not just a rhetorical tactic, they begin to believe it themselves. I had one of them unironically tell me (with little reason to lie as she was family talking one-on-one) that the Dunning School had been dominant in historiography "until very recently". The Dunning School is literally the Lost Cause myth regarding the Civil War as believed by historians, the last book defending it was written in 1947 . But their tendency to pretend it's still the 1960s when it suits them is so ingrained that they sometimes forget it isn't actually the 60s anymore.

I've played Art Sqool as part of a series I'm doing and I noped out after 3 minutes. I think it wants to be a way of learning how to draw but it gives you no idea of where the objects you're tasked with drawing are, the environments are massive and your move speed is slow, and if you want more colors than black I hope you're ready to go hunting through the environment.
Havent played the other one. I'll report back if I do.

The major tie came from Bismarck's Anti-Socialist laws in Germany, he outlawed all the symbols of the Social Democratic Party, to get around it the SDP eventually wore roses in their lapels which was found to not violate the law unlike prior symbols.

People like her are why I hate most social media right now. If you find someone posting a happy picture of themselves at the beach and you get offended, that is your problem. Shaming people for not being lockstep with a cause accomplishes nothing and alienates those that are sympathetic to the cause.

It's also funny because they're missing the point that DKR Bane is an agent of the League of Shadows explicitly using the revolutionary rhetoric to manipulate the populace in order to destroy Gotham and he and Talia were literally prepared to deploy Le Bombe Neutron to destroy the city and everyone in it. You can't really live your Reign of Terror Utopia when you're a shadow on the wall after a nuke goes off.
But people seem to miss basic the most basic details on these movies. The Dark Knight has the problem of people taking what the Joker says at face value (like not having a plan, even though he's clearly meticulously planning and executing those plans if you step back from the movie and ignore what he says; again, he's lying to manipulate).
They're using faulty premises to argue their point from.

Getting offended over anything is your own problem. As is how you react to it, I am convinced SJWs were never taught as kids "You are responsible for your own actions and reactions" The burden is always on others to not offend them, and they always like to resort to violence rather quickly for being offended .
