Comic Perch has some wierd stories from conventions. He had hinted at stuff in previous videos about convention culture and professionals being drunk and making fools of themselves.

As for CS, Chip Zdarsky is spot on about the whole ordeal: "It all just struck me as sad".
Really, it is just a sad case of grown ass menchildren thirsting after younger girls.

I'm part of comic scene and for last 10 years I both went to those afterparties and saw stuff and have my own stories. They are exactly what you would expect: drunken people doing drunken stuff and nothing would surprise you, because we all saw this shit at our aunts birthdays or some other family functions.
I can't help to think that this shit is design to treat young women like mindless children, because yes, I saw few of those comics pros flirting with youngings, but who the fuck am I to stop it? Do I ID a pro and ask if he's married with no sexual offender records? Do I ID a girl and ask her if she drawn up a consent form in 3 copies? What am I, or any bystander, moral police? And then what? I stop them from fucking and I am blasted on social media by the chick and blacklisted by the guy? The expectations they are trying to place on other people to nanny other adults is fucked up. Fuck off Kate Leth. (Met her too, she tries too hard to be likeable, but reads as catty.)

(Tho I would act if I saw something was trying to force themselves or something, but so far none of the accusers said that was the case. Nothing they talk about was forced, they were all "manipulated" into those situations by old lustful satyrs and they are all pure little angels. No self reflection or taking personal responsibility.)

I do agree with Chip it's just sad. It's sad for thots that have either such low self esteem they look for daddies and then when nothing came out of it they wanna take them down, and it's sad for tgose guy that they have to go for young chicks, because they need their thrills at cheap cost and women their age are too expensive to maintain.

I still think tho those thots try to reinvent the wheel in the most obnoxious way to get most victim points. Older men always lusted after young girls, it's gonna happen. Girls will be trapped into it. As long as there isn't assault or actual malicious coercion, it is a matter of personal responsibility for own decisions even if they were made by stupid hormone riddled teenage brain.

The comics industry thrives on various forms of abuse, mostly abuse of positions of power and influence. SJW's have infiltrated every company and every form of comics, from the big 2 to shitty webcomics and $10 animal crossing avatar commissions.
Anyone familiar with the furry art community knows well that comics are full of degeneracy. Even the big 2 have sex abusing weirdos that can't keep their hands off female employees and 16 year old convention girls.
It's an open secret that there are women in comics you can fuck for money. (Ethan's very own Sheila Allen, anyone?) But there are higher profile women and troons that also moonlight sell more than just "commissions". They will sell their bodies for a slightly higher fee than a 11x17 pinup. Listing names would require more detective work than i'm willing to do right now (I don't give a fuck ill name names)

The comics industry has a sickness. It's full of perverts and weirdos and hookers who will touch your weiner for money.
Sometimes I wonder if there's anything left to "save" or if comics are even worth saving.
On one side you have sex pests and hookers on the other side you have douchebags and assholes.

But you been using faggot multiple times, doug has not. People will see someone saying homophobic epithets on a consistent basis as a homophobe than a Christian not liking gay marriage. You can't be preaching for the gays when you constantly use homophobic slurs.

I don't care about gay issues, except, from what I hear, behind pizza shops in NJ.

I also don't constantly use "homophobic slurs," just when I'm very, very angry on behalf of either Zack or Anna, I guess. And then I feel bad about it.

I simply don't care if gays get married or not, and don't think they're a problem in society. They're fine. They should buy my comics.
