driving your car into a crowd of niggers is a good way to get yourself reginald denny'd, while most likely not causing any serious damage to them beyond maybe a crushed foot and a broken leg here or there.

This has been seriously discussed among the academic glowie community for years. Lots of people think putting your domestic intelligence apparatus and your national law enforcement agency under the same roof is a very bad idea. The rest of the Anglosphere typically has separate agencies, like CSIS and the RCMP up north. Of course, any politician who proposed such a thing would get the Flynn treatment, or worse.

FBI is the federal law enforcement, CIA is the intelligence agency

it could easily be argued that his lungs were working overtime because of the cocktail of drugs he was on, not to mention adrenaline. also, your lungs have to work harder to breath when you are on your stomach. that leaves point 1 as not definitive of anything, and by extension point 2, because that UNDOUBTEDLY was caused by the drugs.

I don't think there's going to be a full blown race war with guns, but I do think people will be a lot more racist than they used to be and white supremacist groups might make a real return.
