It’s entirely possible that one of his friends came over to his roach-infested house, or got on the phone with him, So he could dictate his thoughts like mad and get it all posted to Twitter, but I find that extremely hard to believe.

Also isn’t using telegram, or whatever chat program he And Carcin appear to be using, according to Carcins posted screenshot, constitute Internet use?
