This is the result of progressives (liberals) constantly treating Black people with like kids. It's not their fault, its racism. The student wasn't disruptive, its the rules. Now we have those in society saying we need to take into account that a person is Black (colorblindness is BAD!) and modify our expectations. All they are creating is the concept of learned helplessness for the Black community. I really believe that for certain people they know this and are doing this deliberately but for most it is just the politically correct thing to do.

One example I have of progressives not caring is Barack Obama and his promises to illegal aliens (mostly Hispanics). He had full control of the branches of government for two years and could have passed new immigration law or amnesty. He did not. Why?

They want to be able to use the Hispanic's as voters and want to keep the issue of illegal immigration in the public eye. What would have happened if we granted Amnesty like we did when Reagan was in power? Another wave of immigrants would come over and Americans would realize the waves of human misery will never stop. They would realize that these new citizens will be draining our social safety net as they now qualify for benefits. Americans might get tired and restrict immigration. Finally,
we might lose the quasi-slave labor force that the liberals love for cheap tacos or whatever.
