Their "support" begins and ends downtown, where nobody lives and the businesses close at night. The second they step foot into the suburbs, or even in an urban non-black enclave like the Mexican or Korean neighborhoods, those protests stop. And they know it. They already got BTFO in Chicago when the looters ventured into Latin Kings territory.

Yup. They might be dumb, but they ain't that dumb... They know damn well the cops are on a leash... private citizens who actually have shit worth defending are not.

what stream are yall watchin?

Well, technically, they should be getting permits to hold their demonstrations. All of these are unlawful assemblies. I would love to see some skulls get cracked, but until they do something beyond posturing and attempting to goad the cops, they are still within their first amendment rights (the right to peaceful assembly). I believe the reasoning that these chimps tend to single out black officers is twofold: they hope either A.) to demoralize them. shame them. perhaps even cause them to resign, or B.) trigger them to the point of excessive force. That's why the green hats are there. These fuckers want the cops to attack them and the cops are all too aware of that. So it becomes a waiting game.

Protest permits are always on shaky grounds. They're like gun permits, they're an implicit restriction on what should be treated as a strong Constitutional right.

Having said that, the original conception of the Bill of Rights was to restrict Congressional authority, leaving local and state authority strong. It's one thing to ban something across the entire country, but a community should be able to set up rules that match their local community; banning porn (free speech), brandishing guns in the street (carrying arms), etc.

The strongest case against the protests is when they are no longer peaceable. A lot of people think that just because a protest is not actively violent, it is still peaceful; but those are not the same thing. "Disturbing the peace" is a legitimate ordinance, normally applied against a loud party at night, and it could be applied to any one these protests that go on chanting with megaphones at night.

Any way you like them. Treat yo' self. My papa bought a bottle because he thought they'd get taken off shelves.
Also, apparently there may be an actual riot tonight.

RIOT TIME RIOT TIME THEY GOT MACED
But what about muh white guilt? how am I suppose to enjoy black people pancake mix if I'm not drowning them in my tears.
Maple syrup and butter is for white supremacist trump supporters.

The idea of a permit for protests/mass gatherings is to ensure there is enough police and other city resources at the time to ensure the safety of the people who partake in it and to know what streets to close and when. Ideally protest/mass gathering permits should be "shall issue" and not "may issue", shall issue means the city needs to prove the gathering/protest will result in illegal/deadly activities where may issue is where the applicator needs to justify getting the permit..

Don't eat pancakes. Or anything with syrup.

Matter of fact, go buy the generic knockoff brand. Since you don't want to support Black syrup.

Wait why are there protests in Columbus?
Because that's where the terrorists felt like going. Democratic mayor, only about 1/3 black so they could be convinced they're being oppressed just from the numbers. I keep waiting for the chubby white guys with guns to show up to protect their city, because if it was going to happen somewhere, central Ohio might just be the place.
