That is correct. Lowtax skipped his tax again that year....on his personal vehicle. The Jackson Co. property lookup site is kind of a pain to navigate and you can't link it, so I pulled up the tax receipts for the other years listed and screenshotted them.

The newest one I posted earlier is from 12-2018. It looks like he had to pay double on the 4-2018 receipt, so I guess he skipped on his 2017 taxes?
If you click on that image and look at the line items it has a column for "year." Tax websites almost always make what year is being paid pretty clear fortunately.
I would like to point out that that tax entry is for his VEHICLE. Look at the parcel number (201581061), it's actually just some sort of tax id for the taxed personal property, his vehicle. Jackson county MO has longer format parcel numbers for real property, like 51-900-03-33-00-0-00-000 which is daddy Richard Kyanka Sr.'s and mommy Carol's house's parcel. It's pretty uncommon to see counties change their parcel format, though it does happen, in this county the shorter numbers are always personal property or whatever.
The house's actual parcel is 34-830-07-50-00-0-00-000. This is its entry on the assessment website. It's not Lowtax, it is a "Yeh Shun Ping."
Here is a sample federal tax lien for Lowtax:

Also attaching the deed where he and Megan sold the house to what might be Lowtax's sister or another relative--there are no further deeds where a property is conveyed into Richard C. Kyanka, only his parents, who now have a trust and put their property into the trust.

There's a beneficiary deed filed by his parents on their home which basically just conveys the property into the trustee beneficiaries after the passing of both of Richard's parents, and presumably (possibly?) that would go to Richard. Below is the property Richard is possibly set to inherit when his parents croak.
