@theworstkindofeurofag You missed the perfect watch party

Whatever that is, I love it and I'm sad I missed it.

There's no way I'd make it to a watch party though because of the time zone difference.
I mean, if you're awake right now he's streaming right this moment. If you have Amazon Prime I think you'll be able to watch it, even if you're, well, Euro.

Alternatively you can ARRR MATEY the movie ("Way Of The Gun") and simultaneously watch Nick laugh.

Also in the first ten minutes there were about 30 "faggots"

EDIT: Black dude starts making out with the blonde wife, and immediately chat is all DREXEL WINS AGAIN :story:

Wasn't Greer's adoptive family fairly affluent? Why couldn't they spring a $25,000 bond to get him out of jail sooner than sixteen days or so?

Also, lol at the Twitch thot coomer's lawsuit.

LOL! The music video:

More musical talent than Greer, for sure.

I found the document for the coomer's case on Scribd. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be downloadable.

I don't think it's a prank, though it kind of reads like one. It was filed pro se. Many of its pages consist of photos of Twitch thots, both screenshots and grabs from Instagram and such, some of which are quite lewd. The last couple dozen pages are a reproduction of an article about sex addiction from a medical journal or something - why is that included instead of just cited? He also spends a couple paragraphs complaining that the games in the "Free Games with Prime" promotion are totally lame. The remedies he's seeking are banning of Twitch thots from the platform (no, really) and $25 million to be split among all Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers, "with any monies left over to be donated to both COVID-19 and Black Lives Matters charities and funds."

Comedy aside, I don't think he has much of a case. He's basically asking a liquor shop to stop selling booze because there are alcoholics living in the area.

As far as I know we don't have verification one way or another. Nick suggesting that Russ might have spent that long in jail was based on the hypothetical that he wasn't bailed out sooner.

It's entirely possible that he was bailed out, but it would probably have taken at least a couple of days for them to liquidate assets and/or transfer funds if they unexpectedly needed that much cash.

If they go through a bail bond agent, they just have to front a fraction of that, though. I think it varies by state but it's around 10%. (Don't bother with how I know this.) That's just $2500 to get their baby boy out of the pokey.

So maybe they weren't that affluent after all.

The document said it was a cash bond.

It doesn't say he was actually bonded out, though. Just that they set an amount. Also even if you're released without them actually insisting on paying bond, there's usually a listed amount that you'd be fined if you skipped out. They'd probably have demanded actual cash for someone who had threatened to commit a crime of violence on a certain date, though. Nobody wants to be the guy who released a school shooter who then went and did it.

According to Nick, the next step in Lacoste v. Keem case is awarding fees.
But my question is will Lacoste appeal?
@AnOminous What do you think?

I have no idea. I think he'd be an utter fool to do that, but he was an utter fool to file the suit in the first place. What he should do is sue his shitty lawyer for malpractice. Usually you don't have much of a lawsuit if your lawyer loses a shitty case you would have lost with even a good lawyer, but not many lawyers file briefs gratuitously calling their own client a child molester repeatedly.
