If they can actually be sold for reasonable amounts of money then they'd count in my book, ie they're rare and there is a market for them. I probably have two grand worth of books, but nobody's going to pay more than a buck or two a pop out of a bargain bin for most of them. In contrast I'd list all of my guns as assets because they can all be sold, especially now, and not just the rare ones.

The market is low due to many of them being scholarly books not intended for general public consumption. But when they do sell, they sell for a high price some of them and some of them are rare or hard to find/get. I have 25 volumes from a series which cost about $2,500 for all the volumes I have. So all that considered then, I'd say my net worth is probably around $10,000 and all that from my books. I rounded to $10,000 because I remember calculating the value of the books in the past, but there are so many books I have its hard to have an active price valuation of it. The rest of my assets cancel each other out.

No I dont. My problem is my beliefs. Its makes it difficult to find someone. But I definitely have the ability to conceal and suppress who I truly am and seem like a normal person and have a normal romance with someone. But id be being dishonest with myself. So I choose to be true to me even if it costs me otherwise good relationships I could have.

I dont plan on a career in investmenrs. But when I breach $25,000, ill be doing say trading regularly when I can. Day trading is limited below $25,000

Hey whats your opinion on all these riots and looting/George Floyd? Think burning the US to the ground is justified over meth/fentanyl using, porn movie making, pregnant woman abusing George Floyd's death?

My thought was maybe he uses mad at the internet to mean HE is mad at the internet. Ive noticed peopled use the reqctions to mean different things. I use horrifying for example for both if the poster said something horrifying as well as if the poster was talking about something horrifying someone else did or said.

I think he was murdered. But it does strike me as odd that of all the black people who have been murdered by cops, why didnt they do mass protests like this with them. Im guessing its mass hysteria due to the extreme quarabtibe tactics the US has been doing. Everyone is on edge so I think they are sayinh enough is enough. So it seems like this george floyd thing is more of a last straw kind of thing, and not really about him. His death wasnt any more particularly heinous than other blacks murdered by cops. So im thinking its a last straw kind of thing. Hopefully some good come of the protests. Plenty of horrible things in thus world for me i dont have tome or desire to participate in such protests.

Just hang out chat about each others life and enjoy the little kids. I am an uncle to three kids now. Luckily all my siblings are in the area for the last couple years so that's been nice for our family. Celebrate special occasions like holidays and birthdays.

So sad Melinda came back to her thread. I must admit I enjoy the entertainment a little bit and find myself missing her silly posts on her thread.

In other news, I'm doing ok with the stocks. I have shares from about 590 different companies. My account value is $15,900. It went as high as $16,300 last week. Im borrowing about $6,800 in margin for a total market value of $22,700. $12,900 market value of tesla shares. The remaining $9,800 is split over the 590 companies. All of the companies besides tesla that i own shares in are less than $6 a share.

I had sold the near 25 shares for $1016 a share. Rebought 13 shares for same price. Bought 2 more shares at $995 a share. bought 2 more at $975 a share. Sold the 17 shares for $1014 a share. Rebought 13 shares for $1016 a share. Bought 2 more shares at $1000 a share but changed my mind a little later that day and sold the 2 shares for $1000 a share again so i ciuld put the money elsewhere in other stocks.
 
Back in 2017 and 2018 i periodically spoke with one of Melinda's sisters. We became friends. We can't talk now because they find that melindas drama is connected with me partially and her sister's husband doesnt want to subject his family to that. At any rate, she would still talk with me if not for her husband telling her not to. So i still consider her a friend. So Melinda announced on kiwi farms the other day that her mom died. So as a kindness to Melinda's sister I wanted to offer my condolences on her obituary page. In comes Melinda saying to get ofd her mom's obituary page. this coming from Melinda who repeatedly stayed that she hated her mom and wanted nothing to do with her. She cut her off and trrated her like trash and withheld her children from her mom. Yet the bitch (melinda) wants to tell me to get off her mom's page? After how she treated her mom, she has NO right to say anything to me about it. Melinda is disgusting.

Have you considered getting real friends instead of continuing to obsess and post nonstop about a whore woman of 5 who wants nothing to do with you? On a forum thread dedicated to making fun of you?

I thought you moved on to your exgf but you won't stop obsessing over this pretend jew. Do you know what it means to move on? It means you don't bring up conversations 3 years ago with the sister of the woman you're obsessed with, rationalizing in your mind that she and her family were wrong and you were right and given an injustice.

I dont know what should be done. The part about me that still cares about Melinda wouldnt want her kids taken away. But if it happened, I could see the good in it. But i would never call cps on her. I think she has the right to teach her children her crazy beliefs. Now if her children are being physically abused thats a different story. But not my responsibility either way.

I think the ideal scenario is that some of the fathers get shared custody if they want it. But I don't get involved. In the past I told Melinda I would try to reunite them with their fathers if she refused to be my friend. but now, I don't particularly care anymore.
