Logan said there is a court date in september. I assume that means that in addition to his divorce shit there are charges filed. The ER treated her for physical assault so the case is going to have evidence and witnesses that can be used.
He is being an absolute fucking idiot right now. Just like when he was ranting about how terrible ashli is on his livestreams, this is the worst possible way to respond to his legal problems because it can easily be used against him later.
What I can't seem to work out is how rich would explain why the police seem to be against him. Are the cops all crazy lying whores, too?

There's no better way to get dumped by a self-respecting attorney than to talk to the media about the crimes you're accused of. Telling clients not to do that is the first, second, and last part of any consultation. Lowtax is going to end up with the Missouri bar's equivalent of Lionel Hutz representing him in family court if he goes through with this.
