Chantal is the person who has the most free time that i have ever seen to not use it at all. We can say whatever we want of people that are still partying, drinking and doing hard drugs way passed their 20s but at least they are using their free time. She on the other hand has made sure that her life is as stale and boring as possible. Hopefully she does indeed end up living well in her 50s so that we can see her be bedbound or stuck in a wheelchair like Jen for many years unable to leave her own house. Lifting herself long enough to get in her bingemobile to drive anywhere is the only form of independence she has left and the day she loses that too is when i expect her to truly go nuts.lol her rant is like that of a 10 year old boy...not a 36 year old girl.

I don't think she has ever had a full day of eating healthily. Sure, she makes a show of it on camera when she is in the "vows to get healthy" phase of her cycle, but she finds that content boring, so she is back to eating copious amounts of junk food on camera as well as off.So was there even one full day of eating healthily this time around?
In the 22 times she's gone through this cycle (to my count) she has never posted a "food review" or anything of the sort. The closest thing is an ipsy unboxing.

Read up on the Whole 30 diet and learn that eating well is not fast food but it’s also not just salads and whatever vegan fad you’re watching on YT. Lose some weight and improve your stamina. Since you want to do travel videos but can’t fly (many reasons right now, not necessarily about your weight), research the Ottawa region, eastern townships, even southern Ontario and make good, interesting travel vlogs about this region. No one can travel right now so show us the interesting places surrounding us that we may not have heard of. People will watch that.
But, you gotta put in the work.
