Also, I wonder if Rich has ever seen The Shawshank Redemption. There's a scene where Tim Robbins finds out his wife's killer made a jailhouse confession in another prison, and he pleads for the Warden to help him reeopen the case and get out of his two life sentences. At this point in the movie he's been laundering money for the warden for years and years and has enough dirt on him to send him straight to prison himself. The warden refuses to help him get the new evidence into the court system, and while Robbins is pleading with the warden he says "if you're worried about the money, please don't, I won't tell a soul, I'd get in as much trouble as you"...and he ends up beaten and thrown in solitary for a month. The last fucking thing you should say to someone is "I'm not going to dish dirt on you! Honest! I swear it won't happen!" because the first thing someone thinks when you say that is, they're saying this to threaten me. Always.

Of course, unlike Robbins' character in Shawshank, Richard is wholly unsympathetic, deserves every terrible thing that happens to him, is probably irredeemable, and regardless of what he thought when he was typing those things to her, he will dump the nudes in a drunk/stoned rage.
