I don't really see where the lie is. Lowtax leaked it by sending it to someone. Isn't that what leaking is?

He claimed in the text to Logan that he only sent it to Dick in advance of the show and nobody else, when in fact he apparently sent it to a bunch of SA insiders to try to clear his name. It's only interesting because he thought it was something he should lie about.

I still can’t parse why he thought that audio would vindicate him.
He clearly only recorded it because she had went public with the abuse and thought he could manipulate and bully her into retracting on tape, but failed to convinced an intoxicated bpd case to do so and came across as intoxicated and abusive himself. Why would you listen to that audio, go yeah this is good and release it? It’s not like Logan had it to use against him since she didn’t know he was recording.

IIRC, previously SA was basically doing cgi-bin shit and would store the CC data in a flat file and then forward to payment processor, likely caching/logging locally

Last time someone looked at that site, post Choo's upgrades, they were now directly using the payment gateway's API so likely nothing is getting logged now. IPs were being used to find and terminate perma evaders.

That said, lets try to keep this narrative going.

Not to be anal or ungrateful about your archiving activities, but Mega is technically yet another shitty "pay now to download" service, don't be a dumbass about details.

For infrequent downloads (a couple of gigs every few hours) mega is completely fine. I and several others in my online circle of friends use it often, and the usage here is completely above ground.
