Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

They spent a lot of time trying to convince Ron to ignore the haters. It's not a dumpster fire.

There are a few moments where Ron says something outrageous. He talked about how he hasn't acted on his temptation to go to where people live and hurt them but admitted that he looked up how much it would cost him, legally, if he went to Minnesota and beat the shit out of Nick. He estimates $40,000.

Now does bring up a good question.
Without any biases, who would win the fight between ron and nick?

Monica has known for years that Ron is violent and likes that he'll beat the shit out of people for her.

Well of course she doesn't see how that's funny, since Ron likely narrated his "brave actions" in his deformed way, with him winning all the fights he was in while actually being the loser on the ground after he went and started said fights.
I'm far more scared of a barking chihuahua than any manlet cuck like Ron even if he's enraged. Little does Moronica know that beating a grown adult man isn't as easy as abusing kids and wives and Ron should know that better than anyone else, having first-hand experience at it. :smug:

Considering he asked a lawyer how much it'd cost to defend him then yeah, definitely.

@AnOminous Do lawyers have a duty to report if they believe their client is about to harm someone like [mental] healthcare workers do?

Usually no. There are a couple states where they actually do, but usually it's a permissive rule that allows but does not require them to violate attorney/client privilege. MRPC 1.6 covers the privilege rule and 1.6(b)(1) provides: "A lawyer may reveal information relating to the representation of a client to the extent the lawyer reasonably believes necessary:

(1) to prevent reasonably certain death or substantial bodily harm[.]"

Most states have adopted this wording. At least New Jersey has changed the word to "shall" for where it involves physical harm to another.

There may be other applicable laws or rules that contradict this, but generally, the rule about disclosure is permissive, not mandatory. The fact the RPCs don't explicitly require you do something doesn't exonerate you from liability if you would otherwise be liable for failure to disclose, though.

It's not even a fact question. The question itself answers itself. Nick has to deal with children and isn't bullied by his kids. This proves that Nick will win any fight with Ronald Cuckdonald since Ronald can't even keep his kids in line.

She'll change her tune once he starts beating the shit out of her instead. Then she won't think it's so cool to have a violent sociopath for a boyfriend.
Deep down on some level she knows how bad it is. That's why she's keeping him as just a fiance, never daring to cross that line into actual marriage and only barely toeing it. She wants the convenient eject button if he ever decides to turn on her like a rabid dog.

One of the cheapest universal remotes I looked up is $6 so he's calculating needing approximately 6666 remotes to get the job done.

What a mature, stable and in no way unhinged individual. Jesus Christ. This guy can't end up in jail soon enough.

If anyone else who's actually somewhat better than Ron I'd believe it, but since it's Ron it's more like he will go to Minnesota to pick a fight with Nick, get easily beaten like the pussy he is and then try to sue Nick for beating him up while omitting the fact that he started the fight out of spite...doubt it's gonna be ONLY 40.000$, plus I think there's jail for physical aggressions, but what do I know I'm not a toxic manlet like Ron with his epic knowledge about abuse&insurance companies&metadata tech stuff! :story: :story:

Nick should either take a dive so he can sue Ron and maybe get him a criminal record. Or "stand his ground" and take care of the problem once and for all.

This is a guy who wrote an angry yelp review because his condo's exercise room was no longer offering chilled towels. He's not going anywhere to beat anyone up, at least not anyone male.

He's more of a biter.

No matter the outcome, Ron's gonna get fucked one way or another, in jail by some "lonely big&angry hispanic/black/whatever" or in hell where he's gonna be "toyed with by angry devil-bulls" like Tyrone. :story:
Yeah, he never changed and likely never will as he's the first to never recognize his own issues and own them up. Be it in jail or in a graveyard he won't ever be anything far from the shitty sociopath he's so eager to show to literally everyone and keep on ruining his own narrative. :smug:

That's quite logic, as said rehabilitation tour never went past the thought of "getting better" as Ron's likely enamored with the thought of "being better" but never did anything REAL about it, it's as always ALL IN HIS ADDLED MIND! So it's only fair that he keep on falling down the hole he himself digged up for himself, too bad he can't see it and likely won't ever see until he crushes down.

He's an idiot. He thinks this is making him look good.

He went from being an annoying anal cuck, to a domestic abuser, to potentially homicidal maniac. Not exactly a redemption arc.

The guy needs to be heavily medicated locked away in a padded room. Hopefully he manages to get himself cancelled by his allies.
