No self-respecting game dev studio would ever risk hiring someone like Eevee, at best you could get hired at a minimum wage code monkey exploiting company but thats obviously too low and undignifying for our glorious leader and second in command of the floraverse cult.
Why the artist angle tho? instead of the programming one, Eevee CAN'T draw at a profesional level at all, at least not at the level a game dev studio would require you too. Which also makes me question, being that Gliph is (or was) very capable at art to the point that her sad pathetic empire was funded entirely on her artistic prowess, why hasn't she taught Eevee anything? Either Gliph doesn't consider teaching Eevee worth it or Eevee is not serious about art.
Also assuming the asking for a friend is actually legit, then the answer is still no. Vidya dev studios make MASSIVE investment risks to get out games no one might buy, they can't fuck around hiring literal nobodies with no previous work experience, unless they're GODLIKE at what they do and show a portfolio with a MASSIVE range, or got a recommendation/suck the right cock

While art school is a massive sham, for the most part, the benefit of applying somewhere with a degree attached to your name is that it's proof you can actually finish shit in a decent amount of time. You can have a great portfolio, but if it took you two years to do one piece, they don't want you.
